She is AWESOME!! By far the BEST doctor i've ever had. She is passionate about her job, takes her time, listens, explains thouroughly and is of great help. Shes the best, never would change her for anyone.

In the past I too experienced difficulties with scheduling and call-backs from the front desk staff, but I noticed that some changes have been made since then to alleviate those issues. I see Dr. Bonilla now an average of 1-2 times a month for the last 8 months for pregnancy, and things run rather smoothly now. She is by far the best doctor I have ever had! She listens, she takes her time with you, she is professional, and very personable overall. I would strongly recommend her as your OB/GYN! Her assistant is excellent as well. If at anytime you have an issue and the doctor is out of the office because she is at the hospital, you will receive a call back to resolve your problem as they work very effectively as a team.

She is a lovely person and is very easy to talk to. She explains everything throughly and shows concern for her patients.I would definitly recommend Dr. Bonilla.

I have to disagree with all ratings. From my experience Dr. Bonillas staff has always been great, Ive received call backs even on Holidays and my waiting time has never been more than 30 minutes. On emergencies theyve been able to squeeze me in right away and Ive only been going to that office for the last two years. I think Dr. Bonilla genuinely cares for her patients and she takes the time to listen and then thoroughly explains everything in detail, always pausing in between to make sure the patient has any questions. Dr. Bonilla is a keeper!!!!!

The times I've visited Dr. Bonilla, the wait was a little long, but Dr. Bonilla is very pleasant and very easy to talk to.

My visit with Dr. Bonilla was an ok one. The staff was very nice. The only problem I had was the wait time for the doctor. I was put in the exam room promptly but waited forever for the doctor to come into the room.

Dr. Bonilla is very personable, has an open demeanor, and seems to be genuinely eager to understand my issues and help me. Her answers are reasonable and knowledgeable. The office location is easy to get to and there is good and free parking. The key negative issue is operational ineffectiveness. The front desk service is not very friendly or organized. I have never been seen on-time, having to wait as long as an hour. And, heaven forbid one should expect a call-back. I have generally had to wait 48 hours and have had to call several times to get a response. Most recently, I gave up waiting and made an appointment with another doctor. It's too bad, because I genuinely like and trust Dr. Bonilla, but the front office/management of the practice is so poor (and has wasted so much of my time) that I have decided to go elsewhere.
