I've been treating with Dr. Jackson for some fifteen years now. She is thorough and spends over a half hour with me and everyone I've sent in over the years. Dr. Jackson is a highly trained otology expert specialist for ears who takes care to run tests to get to the root of my ear infections and dizziness and my uncle's deafness. They use the latest technology and always explain the problem and what to do and what not to do. I send anyone I encounter with ear problems to Dr. Jackson even if they have been to other ear specialists.

Dr. Carol Jackson is highly regarded and has been my dizzy doctor for several years after all other treatments had failed. Dr. Jackson is an otologist and did surgery on my boyfriend to get his surfer's ears fixed for good after he had two surgeries by other doctors.

When my father faced serious vertigo and was on the border of deafness, top ranked Carol Jackson, M.D. and her team put him through the paces to get to the bottom of it. He wasn't working and got depressed. Dr. Mey and Tracey and Janneane are very nice people the kind you want taking care of your loved ones. Dr. Jackson is one of the smartest people my doctors know. She is thoughtful and always very nice even at the end of a long day or night. We felt like a team choosing the best treatments for day and they worked great. We got my father back! He has to be careful and wears an almost invisible hearing aid from Dr. Mey but he's back to golf and going on cruises. We love Dr. Jackson and her team.

I received the most thorough, caring medical answers I've ever had in my life, from ear otologist Dr. Jackson and her excellent team. Pinpointing my inner ear pressure problem, I'm thrilled and cured of vertigo!! plus my hearing is 50% better. I love my new hearing aids no one knows I even have! My pastor highly recommended the Ear Balance Clinic. It's first rate all the way, for real. They are concerned and sharp. I received my hearing back and was set free from dizziness. It cost a reasonable 20%. How can you put a price on getting your life back?

staff uninterested. Misdiagnosed with Meniere's. Be wary of this doctor and her diagnosis especially of Meniere's disease. Charged exhorbitant fees!

When my husband was diagnosed with a large ear tumor we didn't know where to turn so asked doctors and friends who all highly recommended Dr.Carol Jackson. She was the right hand associate of world famous Dr. William House who fixed my dad's stapes long ago. Dr. Jackson was like an angel of mercy. She spent a long time with us, studied my husband's scans and knew exactly what to do and explained everything. Her assistant wrote everything down and gave us handouts to read later. All I can say is the surgery went without a hitch and know he can hear again when he wants to. Then I got my dizzy spells pinpointed by Dr. Jackson who fixed them in short order with medicine and physical therapy. We are forever indebted to the skill and kindness of this incredible doctor and the patient, knowledgeable employees. They're the best.

I received a thorough hearing test by a Dr Audiologist then saw my ear infection on a TV screen with Dr. Jackson. It was the most thorough and conscientious consultation I ever had. And it worked! My painful smelly pounding ears cleared up after medicine and surgery. I highly recommend without hesitation. It's the place to go for stubborn blocked ears and infections. And my dad finally got hearing aids and we got dad back! Best team and well worth the reasonable price. I didn't have insurance.

I saw my PCP due to my sudden hearing loss and he said that it was nothing to wory about. 2 days later I began to hear a ringing and felt a little pressure in my left ear. Still my doctor said it was nothing. After a little research on the web, I heard of this amazing doctor Jackson and made my appointment. THANK GOODNES I DID. She was able to retreive the hearing decibals that were temporarily lost!!!!! There is NO OTHER doctor out there who is as honest and REAL as this doctor. She really can fix anything!!!!
