I started seeing Amy about 2 yrs. Ago. I really liked her and her staff. About 6 months ago she said I needed a root canal it the tooth pulled. I decided to have the tooth pulled . She wanted to send me to a Specialist. I thought she was an oral surgeon to begin with . I wasn’t having a good day to be gin with . I had received some bad news before hand. When I told her going to another Specialist was a total rip off. I had a melt down and she became upset with me. She referred me to a a dentist in johnson city to have an impression done for a partial. First of all she already charged me for the impression before I had a melt down. I didn’t go. We had an appointment scheduled for 5/172022 for a cleaning . The front desk waits the day before to tell me she thought the DDS in Johnson City would be better to meet my needs . How much more rude & unprofessional can you get. I was upset of course. I told the lady I would get another dentist in Greeneville . I wasn’t going out of town to see a dentist., when I first started seeing her I would have given her 4 stars . In my opinion she doesn’t deserve 1/2 star duel to her unprofessional attitude and dropping me as a patient. I ain’t never!!!

Everyone in this office is so friendly and welcoming. I never have to wait long once I arrive. The office itself is attractive and comfortable. From start to finish, I feel at home here. They make you feel like family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

After moving to the area and trying to find a dentist for my family, our search is over. We have 3 children, and they all got their teeth cleaned. Had a great experience. Loved the treasure box, especially the whoopee cushion. My husband saw Dr. Armbrister, and was pleased with her as well. Overall, we really felt like this office was a good fit for our family. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. The office was very up to date and clean.

I never have to wait for my appointments, they are always prompt. The staff is fantastic, always professional and very friendly! They have a great atmosphere and I always leave with my smile looking great!

The whole staff worked so well together. The nurse that took me back was sweet and caring. The doctor took her time and really listened. The receptionist worked with my schedule and helped me get approved for payments. I'm so glad I got my teeth fixed. I've never felt better about my smile.

WAY over charged me!! Then she said my children needed several procedures done (which was going to cost me $750!!) Come to find out, their teeth were FINE! Glad I got a 2nd opinion!! BTW, DR.ARMSTRONG- kids don't need ROOT CANALS!
