. The staff was extremely curt and rude. For working in a doctor’ office you would think the staff would be more friendly. This turned me off right away. I had to wait for more than an hour to be seen. The secretary would call another patient in who arrived later than me. It is because of the rudeness staff that I will never return to this office.

Very unprofessional doctor. Went in for two separate issues and instead of focusing on the primary concern, he proceeded to lecture me on care and maintenance . Receptionists were also rude as well. Would not recommend for a primary care physician. He did more dictating than building a good doctor patient relationship.

Dr. Melchor is the only doctor I know whom calls you same day results from blood work are in and gives you his direct cell number to call him if you don't see any improvements.

Caring Doctor who will always call you with test results. He stays late to call you and always returns calls. A good family doctor who can treat minor injuries illnesses

Dr. Melchor is wonderful. He is the only doctor that I know who will answer his office phone after hours. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He makes you feel comfortable. His staff are also very professional and helpful as well. I recommended him to my friend and she travels 50 miles to still see him.
