Best Doctor in Northern Alberta. Wish he had stayed in PR as a family Doctor.

Great family doctor ever since my heart attack in 2011 on Christmas eve ...surprise...immediately when I was rushed to the beautiful hospital in a blizzard of a snow storm...then ❄️ was transferred by air medivac to Edmonton to the royal Alex hospital 🏥 , he was very caring and glad to help in any way that he could...I am very grateful for his knowledge and experience and wisdom in heart health care...thank you for being there and helping me out...a great 👍 👌 ❤️ 😀 friend....

My Family is so going to Miss Dr Welch. Dr. Welch has cared for our family fora long time. He was critical in saving our sons life. When he had menegitis at age 23. He delivered both of our 2 oldest grandchildren. He has gone out of his way help find med’s or specializes when we needed them. With out Dr. Welch I’m not sure our son or myself would be alive. If there are mistakes min this comment forgive me as my sight right not is not very good.Dr Welch we wish you well on your next adventure but will miss you very much. Gary & Judi Rogers and Family.

So knowledgeable! Follows up with you and will contact other drs if he's not sure about something. Very kind man and down to earth. Definitely one of Peace Rivers best drs.

He's one of the only Drs I trust. So good in stressful situations and awesome with children. It'll be a sad day when Peace River loses him!

Dr. Welch is a great doctor! He was great through my whole pregnancy and delivery. I would definitely recommend him and hope he will still be around during my next pregnancy!
