The reason for my miscarriage is Dr. Rinku Sen Gupta, she did not pay much attention to my medical history, at very first meeting we told her that this is not the natural pregnancy, at every checkup I said, "I have stomach pain. She kept on speaking, "This Is Normal In Pregnancy."
Everyone is sitting making money, no one cares about other’s emotions and feelings and nothing to do with health.

I wonder who writes these reviews! I m following these reviews since last one year and always found if anybody writes anything negetive, two or three positive reviews pop up instantly in more or less same language. If anyone reads the entire reviews, he/ she can clearly identify. The reason i m following i have lost my first pregnancy with her. I don't want to blame her as a dr is nt a God. She has her own limitations. But i went to her reading these reviews. Somehow i felt we should folow our heart nt wat internet is saying. Manytimes i thought to change her, but did nt just keeping these positive reviews in my mind. I really regret. This time i got a dedicated, down to earth young dr who did his 100% for me and till date supporting me in minor issues over phone as going out is really difficult with a newborn. I feel blessed having him in my life and alwz think if i was here in my first, i may hv two beautiful babies. So guys plz believe ur inner feeling than anything.

She keeps the patient"s interest first. She may not be a sweet talker but is honest and takes every possible step to do the best for the patient.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Sengupta.I really appreciated the fact that she is honest, downright ,clearly tells you the limitations of medicine and does not believe in sweet talk.She will return her consultation fee for a GP or a surgeon instead of wasting time discussing aspects of medicine which can be better taken care of by another speciality doctor.I appreciate her ethical behaviour and honesty which I value more than long social conversations with a patient.

I had heard very good things about Dr Sengupta and saw her in the beginning of my pregnancy. What attracted me to her was the fact that she preferred natural childbirth.
However, I was really put off by her stand-offish behaviour. The clincher, though, was her attitude when I got a fever during the pregnancy. After a long journey from home to consult with her, and an equally long wait at the hospital - all this with fever and the obvious apprehensions that come with being unwell during pregnancy - she spent less than 2 minutes with me, refused to look at the reports, and asked me to consult a GP. Of course, I had already consulted a GP - the whole point of going to her was to get some advice/ reassurance/ reconfirmation of prescribed meds. I felt really let down, and decided that I needed a doctor who would be able to give me advice at all points of the pregnancy process, and not adopt a hands-off approach, or worse, a clerical 'this is not my department' kind of an attitude. And so, even though I had really wanted to stay with her for a natural childbirth, I had to look elsewhere because I simply couldn't trust her any more. Thankfully, I found another (fabulous) doctor, and had a normal delivery after all.

Dr. Rinku is one of the most honest and no-nonsense attitude doctor who can make things happen if you work along with her during the course of your pregnancy!

Dr Rinku has had a great contribution in making me understand that a pregnancy is a normal physiological event in one"s life. Having anxiety levels high has almost become like a disease which erodes the trust between the doctor and patient. I was suffering from a psychiatric illness .She supported me for pregnancy and natural childbirth in a way that I cannot describe. I have got back the confidence and faith in my body and inner self

I think Dr Rinku is excellent and she always believes in what is medically right. Pregnancy losses are unfortunate and most of the time term intrauterine foetal deaths happen because of unknown reasons.I have had a term intrauterine foetal death myself and the autopsy showed no reason.Doctors are extra sympathetic when something unexpectedly happens but this is not because they are guilty but because they obviously feel sad. Dr Rinku is upright and honest ,competent and in our family many people have had great experiences with her.Doctors should never be judged by outcomes and bedside manner alone
