This doctor was exceptionally caring, compassionate, on time, and the prescribed meds were perfect. I still stayed in therapy for a while, and stopped as it wasn't necessary anymore. But I do go back regularly for the prescriptions. Definitely worth the money, because I can trust her, unlike some other psychiatrist on the area that tried milking me on the account of their being out of network, when all the progress was made by me doing work on my own.

Dr. Kadekar has moved to Fairfax now in the Red Cross Building, but same phone number. No insurance, but very personalized care which is what I value.

On the positive side, Dr. Kadekar has helped me a great deal when other psychiatrists did not. She is accesable, caring and knowledgable. On the negative side, she has no hospital affiliation and is not board certified. Her fees are high and she does not accept insurance. I choose to continue to be her patient in spite of negatives because she has helped me a great deal.
