I regret not checking this site before my wife and I went to see this dentist. Our experience was not very good. Not sure how anyone can give her a positive review.

If you don't mind experiencing a horrible dental appointment, then by all means, come see this dentist. She is not very accommodating and almost seems insulted when you ask questions.

My whole family has been going to Dr Choo for a long time. I have never had anything but great friendly service from her, all the hygienists and her front office staff. Don't know what else to say....

I've been seeing Dr Choo for ~15 years. Both my boys and my wife see her. I find her very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr Choo was very good with my two boys when they had to have their cavities cleaned out and filled. They were less than five at the time. Hygienists are thorough and professional. Receptionist is friendly and very accommodating with scheduling. Premises are modern and clean. I don't know what more you could ask for in a dental office. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, I do find the negative posts on this site quite harsh and are not consistent with my experience. dc MD CCFP

A terrible dentist in my opinion. Terrible and unnecessary diagnoses. She is simply there to make unnecessary diagnoses and cost you extra money for no reason. Do not go to Dr. Choo unless you wish to have a terrible experience and get rid of some cash for no reason.

Dr. Sue-Ann Choo and reception staff are not overly accommodating and friendly. The only one person who truly cares is a white older lady/hygienist (an ex-nurse) who is the star of the place. She's friendly, really easy to chat with. This place does not deserve her. Everyone else is pretty much mundane and stoic attitude to conversations. They don't go out of their way to make you feel really welcome or fully comfortable. They will call you to death & they don't do reminder emails. The dentist is a bit stiff, serious and indifferent at times. Pushes filling cavities, get a second opinion. There are much better dentists in Toronto if you look on YELP.ca with a more upbeat, positive attitude and demeanor. Wished I left sooner.

My son was diagnosed with 5 (FIVE) cavities after 8 years of not having any.. Asked for a second opinion which insulted her. Went for my second opinion at a pediatric dentist.. Diagnosis... NO CAVITIES... As well, was very rude and short with my son when she wanted to fill his cavity. Not patient with kids at all.
