Had very bad experience. Very rude. Not good service. You do not expect to see in a professional industry.

I found Dr William Tassone to be extremely rude and callous. Not at all interested in the health of our child. As someone in healthcare myself, I would consider a career change if my ability to connect and treat people became this robotic and uncaring. Extremely disappointed

I don't normally make any comments like this, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. (This happens to me in MyClynic Praham). He asked me what he could do for me and when I started to tell him, he made a terrible face, because it was more than one point. Afterwards, he asked me questions like: why do you think you have this problem? Do you think you should see a specialist? He dared to tell me that specialists are very expensive - that if I was sure I could afford it. I'm not sure that's why I'm seeking medical advice. He never offered me any suggestions or possible diagnosis. I do not recommend him at all, this man lacks of everything.

I would never normally rate fellow HCWs but he was extremely rude and dismissive. Asked me what the problem was before I had even shut the door. When I used medical terminology he scoffed and said “you must be a nurse” and then proceeded to say “why do you think you have this problem?” I’m not sure that’s why I’m seeking medical advice? I had to ask him for blood tests and then when they came back he told me they were “fine” but wouldn’t tell me the values. Did not offer any suggestions or diagnosis for the problem I presented with. Almost comical how awful he was.
