The result of his surgery on one eye are wonderful! But the communication of his receptionist is worse than deplorable. They cancelled my appointment for the second eye at the last minute and said they would get back to me in one day to reschedule. Nothing. No communication whatsoever. Phone messages are not returned.

Wait times in office are over an hour! Post surgical checkups should take priority over consultations.

Gives conflicting information from one visit to the next. Tells you you are going to have a particular surgical procedure one visit, then changes it to another type the next visit. You never know what is going on. I’m sure he knows , but you don’t. It’s kind of scary.

Dr. Marshall has monitored my eyes for a few of years for a couple of problems. He has been very professional and always willing to explain things. Staff has been great too. Never had any issues. I hope he continues practice for many years.
