I've always waited when I'm there and rushed out once I'm back in the office. Just is not a genuine doctors office that wants the best for the patients. Wish I could say it wasn't so but it's never changed and now looking for a new office.

This office is the most uncaring, rude, unprofessional places we've ever been to. When my mother needed her meds because she was out, we tried to get through to the staff to take care of it. They not only won't talk to you personaly; but when we did get ahold of Crystal, she was rude, unprofessional and let us know that they will take care of it when they get to it. That was 2 days ago. Still no one will talk to us, or return our phone calls. My mother is 90 yrs. old, just lost her husband of 65 years in Sept. and is having problems dealing. She needs her anti-depressant and we are worried that things will get worse. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR. OR CLINIC and will tell anyone to find another place for medical help. This one DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS AT ALL!!!

The staff at this office is the most incompetent I've ever seen in a medical setting.

If you are going to the Lakewood location, when you call the number you are directed to the Littleton location. They in turn redirect you to the Lakewood location and half of those times, the call is dropped.

I have had bad experiences with Dr. Hansen in terms of waiting times and when you finally do get to see him, it's rushed. Regardless I stuck with him because he is next door to my work. I had a chest X-Ray back in October and Dr. Hansen said that he'd call the next day. Of course, I never heard back from him. I kept trying to call his staff over the next few days, left multiple messages and never heard back from anyone. Finally I got through to someone 4 days later, and they said that they didn't have the results from the lab. I had to call the lab, who said that the results had been ready for days. I call Hansen's office again, and they said they'd check on it. I didn't hear back. I called back later that afternoon and an assistant said the results were fine.

I since stopped making appointments with Dr. Hansen and instead have been making them with Dr. Ashleigh Sartor, who is also at the facility. She has been great when you get to see her, but again, the incompetence of the staff makes it not worth it.

Just last week I needed to get a prescription filled from Walgreens. It's been a week and a half and as of this writing, it hasn't been filled yet. Walgreens has called them 3 times and Hansen's office hasn't t responded. I called Hansen's office several times, which went to voicemail everytime except for once. When I did get through to someone, I was transferred to the Lakewood office, then transferred again and finally to a voicemail. I left a message and haven't heard anything, which was two days ago.

Trust me when I say this facility isn't worth the aggravation.

Dr. Hansen was very friendly and was very thorough with explaining the diagnosis and prescription options available. Took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and was very patient throughout the whole appointment. Scheduling staff was very friendly and the wait time in the lobby was short. I was in and out of the clinic in under 45 minutes! Will be going back to see Dr. Hansen.

Consistently orders tests that are expensive and unneeded. My insurance won't pay for some of them, leaving me with expensive bills on top of an overpriced charge for a routine physical. For example, my physical was billed as a diagnostic visit not a routine physical, and the staff ordered a PSA test on a healthy 31 year old. Poor staff, rarely answer phones and frequently don't return calls. I have only seen a PA, doctor can't even be bothered to see me. Don't go to Altitude Family and Internal Medicine - they are awful!!!!
