I found Dr. Boyce and staff to be knowledgeable, calm, helpful and friendly. I have been a patient since 2019 and am extremely pleased with the results of my laser surgery 3 years ago.. Today’s procedure went without a hitch and I especially enjoyed being able to choose music to listen to. This made the time pass quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Boyce and his team. The cost may be high but the results are worth it. I only have one set of teeth and they and I are working hard to preserve them!

Pushy pricey expensive and arrogant. Would not go back. Want tons of money and pushed me to do xrays I found out I already had at my regular dentist!

I was sent to Dr. Boyce’s office because of some issues I was having with my teeth. I meet both doctors there and they were terrific! The staff was highly knowledgeable and very kind. I’m a bit of a nervous nelly. They recommend a few options of how to treat my issues. I rather appreciated being given options for treatment. The also thoroughly explained rationale as to why they were recommended what they were recommended explaining the difference between choices and how end results should appear. I highly recommend this office for care. I will say you will wait, because they take the time and truly make you feel like they care.

I recently went to Dr Russell Boyc's office.. I feel they pressure you into unnecessary treatment.
I just had my teeth cleaned by my dentist. They insisted after the surgery and healing time that they still insisted on cleaning my teeth. I feel this was a money grab by there office. They refuse doing the surgeries unless I have my teeth cleaned again. I thought there office staff was very rude as well.

I'm really only rating Staff and Helpfulness, since I couldn't get in to see the doctor. First time they called to book it was winter, booking for summer appointment. I had my hands full with 4 kids so I asked if she could call back after 9, but she said no, they are booking 6 months ahead so I could take her call or not. I was annoyed, but let them book me in July. That appointment was cancelled (I had to assume due to COVID, I never got any communication about it) so they called to rebook me for a Tuesday in August. A few days after that I got called back to work, which I really needed to happen, so I called their office on Thursday hoping they would work with me on rebooking. Not only did they show no caring that I'd been out of work and didn't want to miss my first day back, they said I was giving short notice (on Thursday, for a Tuesday appointment!) and I might have to pay a fee...but they wouldn't tell me until after the appointment was missed! I was as nice as possible on the phone, but the secretary made me feel like they really don't care because they have such a big waiting list. I changed doctors because I don't need this kind of experience when I go for dental work.

My husband was referred to Dr. Boyce twice. The first time, his office called 2 days before the appointment to remind him. I had just been placed in an ambulance when they called. They were sympathetic.

However, when the dentist made the referral again, Dr. Boyce refused to see my husband because he had to cancel the previous appointment!!!! My husband was in no state of mind to think about rescheduling. It also does not matter that with me in the hospital he had no way of getting to the office because he is blind.

I gave low ratings to everything because I am so shocked about this treatment. I have never had any interaction with the staff.

I do feel that my husband actually dodged a bullet on this one. I can't imagine how we would have been treated if we had been given another appointment. Refusing a patient treatment because they canceled an appointment as their spouse was being rushed to the hospital seems totally unethical to me.

I am a current patient of Dr Boyce, and although I am an anxious client, I feel as calm as is possible when in his office.
His staff are attentive and I feel they genuinely care. Procedures are explained, and help offered in dealing with one's insurance company.
The office is clean, calm and comfortable.
I have full confidence in continuing on my course of treatment with Dr Boyce.

Dr. Boyce's staff is excellent and caring. A great experience in dealing with his staff. Dr. Boyce is knowledgeable and professional but can be quite direct which can come across as pushy. I feel that he cares about his patients and their long-term care needs.
