Well I came prepared with my MRI and xrays in hand. He takes one look at it and says yup major surgery tear in the miniscus and acl. That's it major surgery he says. He wasn't friendly at all didn't get the sense of him being caring.when I asked questions he was kind of sarcastic as if it was a dumb question or I should already know the answer. But the one thing I did like is for the pre surgical testing he got all testing done on me to make sure I'm a good candidate for surgery

The staff is indifferent. We waited over an hour after our appointment to see Dr. Kubiak. When he came in -- he was reading the MRI report. Never said hello, how are you -- nothing other than there's a tear and you need surgery I think. VERY uncaring and unprofessional. This doctor is just looking to bill as many as he can as fast as he can. The office staff has no clue what's going on. Any questions were answered with either "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" or "yeah, I'll look into it and call you". We've not heard from them and it's 10 days later. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY -- HE'S A HACK!
