I did not meet Dr. Jason Krause because, as told by the "Front Desk Administrator", the only new patients he accepts are from referrals. I was looking forward scheduling my initial assessment with him due to all these wonderful ratings here, alas I will need to go somewhere else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jason will explain what you've experienced and adjust with minimal treatments. Very easy to deal with. Staff is helpful and friendly as well.

Staff at front questionable, not friendly at all. Dr.. Krause is a nice human being but did not help me at all with my lower back pain. You pay $100 to be put on a moving table to loosen up, then a quick adjustment and then told to go home and ice the area. REPEAT till you run out of money.

Dr. Krause is amazing, but the clinic is getting busy where you have to book almost a month ahead to get an app after 4pm. I don't like the front staff they are very rude, I know I few people that have stopped going to this clinic as the front end staff are very disrespectful .

I have been a patient of Dr Krauses for 18 yrs, since he opened his practice. He has an amazing bed side manner and treats you like family, through all of my medical and accident prone occurances he is the one that I trust to help me. He has been able to initially diagnose issues I had quicker then my GP, and has been right every time.
This last year, is what has prompted me to write this review. My daughter was in an accident in Sept and suffered a stress fracture in her Tibia, Dr Krause was the only Dr that has taken her treatment seriously and has helped us to become a better advocate for her with the GP, the orthopedic surgeon and physio. When everyone else wasn't listening to us that there was severe problem, Jason did. He is the only one that believed us. Now 7 Months later, her leg is still broken, but because of his care and support we are finally starting to get the attention of other medically professionals to hopefully get her leg healed instead of being brushed off as attention seeking.
I hope he never retires and that I have to find a new chiropractor.

I started seeing Dr. Krause, when he was two weeks into his practice--long time now!! All my family goes to him now...love him to bits!! Always concerned on how YOU are, personally and physically!! He considers me and mine HIS family!!
