The office and the doctor never answer the phone nor call their patients back . Awful doctor!!!!!

A complete waste of time & money. Only seems to be interested in diabetic patients. If you are looking for an endocrinologist that will look into your thyroid symptoms/issues & try to help, she's not the one. Office was very out-dated & exam room was filthy!

Poor Staff. They almost never return phone calls, you will always get an answering machine. If you miss their call, they will leave a message, but if you call back you will only get an answering machine. Had a thyroid medical situation come up and no one would return my calls. Was told she works well with your other doctors, but I think this is not true. Am beginning to wonder if she or her staff will ever return a call about an appointment. Doctor seems knowledgable but never gives advice about improving Endocrin health and fitness. Was told to come back if my weight fluctuated significantly, I'm still waiting for a return call. I think it is time for a new Endocrinologist. If you need honest communication, look for another physician. Very disappointed with this doctor.
