Horrible customer services. Always rescheduling you visit. Horrible for routine schedule.

Dr. Porras and his staff have been excellent in every area send my first visit to his facility approximately two and a half years ago. All 3 of my surgeries were painless and successful. Thanks Dr. Porras to you and your staff 💯💯💯

Since visiting here in October, I have received less than quality treatment for the surgery for periodontal disease. They even forgot to put bandages in my mouth after my 1st surgery and I bled profusely when I arrived home. BTW...do NOT SIGN all their documents especially the one for teeth extraction because they will pull teeth they deem that you don't need even if its not an issue. I have been experiencing extreme molar pain since November 2020. I called March 2021 due to an overwhelming pain on upper molar next to an "extraction" and their response was basically "what would you like for us to do about it?". All because I was concerned about there has been NO resolution to my issue since I left there. The receptionist/office manager was very unprofessional and seemed to be more inclined to gas light me (accusations of my attitude and tone) than be helpful. She claimed that she tried to help me but by hanging up on a patient (me) is clearly indication of her poor management and decision making. I have not experienced anything like this before but I will seek another periodontist to take care of my situation. I would strongly advise that you do the same.

Dr Porras is an excellent periodontist. He did an excellent job on my wife's gum surgery. And Clara does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Texas Periodontal Associates.

Dr. Roberto Porras has to be the best periodontist in Houston, Tx. The staff at Texas Periodontal Associates is very professional, friendly and helpful.

This man should not even retain his license. He is actually dangerous. He was preparing me for an implant, had to remove broken tooth surgically and rebuild bone. He caused two infections, almost killed me with massive antibiotics. I had to be hospitalized for rehydration . He would not show up for my appointments. His wife runs his office and she has no training except for covering up for him, apparently. It was very expensive and dangerous. My dentist from Blvd dentistry had an oral surgeon repair the mess made by Dr Porras and place my implant in correctly. I had paid Porras $7,000 dollars and had to also pay the good doctor several thousand for the repair and completion. They are also very rude. This doctor has had many negative reviews but for some reason they disappear. I thought that was not supposed. To happen on yelp.
