Went to get allergy testing for my daughter. After reading reviews I was very hesitant but thankfully we had a totally different experience. Receptionist and nurse were great. Nurse did fantastic with 9yr old daughter who was nervous. We were seen on time. Dr was a little quiet and didn't have too much to say but answered all of my questions thoroughly. We didn't feel rushed at all. Good experience overall.

Lady at front desk was a f*cking b*tch, wouldn’t take photo of my health card, drove over an hour to have to drive back home without seeing the doctor

Spent 4 years of my time and lost wages from work to go get shots. Vague doctor, who actually offered to try a different solution instead of further testing. My eyes still swell and I can't breathe.... Hmmm, let me think, EXACTLY the way I was from day 1.

Dr Chang was punctual, staff polite and helpful, and he was very patient and personable. Dr Chang even asked if I had any questions or needed clarification with anything he told me.

This clinic booked 4 people for the exact time. I know this because I was booked for 915 am when the clinic opens and 3 other people were seen before me. At least don't tell me to show up early if I don't have to. Garbage.

Gives no information and only cares about testing and prescribing allergy shots/drops. In it for the money and not a certified allergist. Better of waiting long for a legitimate allergist who is knowledgeable and informative.

I'm not impressed with Dr. Chang or his clinic. I waited months for my appointment and after filling out the questionnaire, when I finally saw the "Dr" he tell me I was allergic to everything that I'd written. Then tried to sign me up for very expensive shots. Thank god I refused and found an allergist who found my true sensitivities Dr Chang is nothing more then a small scale drug company.

After reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive about taking my grandson to see him. However, after consulting again with our family doctor we attended the appointment. Look at my rating of him and his office staff. If all appointments could go like this one did. Thank you Dr Chang and staff.

I saw Dr. Chang for hives. It was unclear as to why I broke out in hives. but he was understanding and sympathetic. The questionnaire was extensive but provided a lot of my health history to the doctor. I had to wait 3 months for my appointment but most specialist are that way. The staff, not overly friendly but kept the appointments moving and on time. No answer to the cause of my hives but they went away as mysteriously as they came.

Did not take the time to ask background information to determine why I was there. Unable to clearly explain the cause of my condition. Seemed to be in a rush and was unclear in explaining treatment. Not worth the 5 month wait to see him.
