I would recommend Dr Rodgers to any woman experiencing menopausal symptoms. She's knowledgable, warm and understanding. Her staff are lovely to deal with. If she runs late, I will chalk it up to her devotion for getting it right with her patients. I highly recommend her and her clinic!

I am in my mid-50s, a veteran of menopause, and thought I had tried everything. To think I almost cancelled my first appt with this doctor thinking that because I was already being treated with hormones that I should just accept my situation (not sleeping more than a few hours a night, buzzing in my chest, memory loss, mental fog, anxiety, lack of motivation, rapid aging, hot flashes, dry scalp, dry skin, etc.) Dr. Rodgers listened to everything I said, even though she has surely heard it 1000 times before. She explained how she wanted to redirect my treatment, why, and what I might expect. So far, she has been correct. I was merely hoping to sleep enough to maintain a more normal existence, and the second night after following her new protocol, I slept 8 hours and have ever since. I am now hopeful about clearing up all the other issues as well, but right now, I feel like myself again, due to getting enough sleep.

Dr. Rodgers spent a long time with me - probably why someone on this site had complained about her punctuality - you can't have it both ways. She is warm and kind as well as smart and professional - a perfect combination for a doctor. My only regret is that I waited more than 5 years to see her.

Brilliant doctor. Puts patients first even if it may not seem to be a popular decision. She handled my very difficult case and while I was recuperating in the hospital I witnessed how she handled a very delicate situation in which she was unable to perform a person's scheduled surgery. Her first surgery which was to only take an hour turned into a 6 hour stint due to extreme complications. She had to explain to the next patient that she would not be physically or mentally capable of performing her surgery right after this trauma. She explained exactly why it would be risky (ie like a pilot who's already flown 16 hours non stop). She moved mountains to have the patients surgery scheduled for the next day. It was an admirable admittance that doctor's need to be mentally and physically alert which is surprisingly not regulated (like for drivers or pilots!). Kudos to her for putting patients first and not putting a patient at risk.

I was a Dr Wilson patient and was said to see him go! I had a re occurring bartholin gland flare up on me and called the office and begged to be seen. They got me in THAT day and was seen by Dr Rogers. She was sympathetic, understanding and very knowledgable. It was almost like she could feel my pain and wasted no time. She arranged for me to go to the hospital that afternoon for surgery and said she didn't want me to suffer any longer. I've since called the office for follow up and she makes the time to call you back with questions you have. She is one of those few docs that actually listens and treats you like a human, not just another pay cheque in her pocket.

I was partially transferred to Dr Rodger's care at 38 weeks pregnant. I found she was very unsympathetic to my needs and desires for a natural birth. Though my birth plan stated I did not want to be offered any pain meds, she came in to my room twice to make sure I still didn't want any. Also, I could hear her patient in the delivery room adjacent screaming and swearing, sounding like she was suffering, and a short while after that, she came into my room and said "oh you still haven't had yours yet? we just had ours in the next room". After my birth, she expressed shock that I had given birth without meds. Also, she was quite adamant about inducing me, whereas the other ob/gyn at the hospital did not press this when he was on shift. Another example of being unsympathetic of my wishes. I did not experience her staff. She was not knowledgeable about alternative birth methods, in my experience.

Nice lady, but I have witnessed her yelling at her staff which is completely shocking for a professional. She also cancels appointments frequently and is usually late. Yesterday she was 2 hours late to my appointment.

She was an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable, but while having my baby she refused to provide any additional pain medication. It made for a very painful delivery.
