I have been going to Dr. Perdomo for upwards of 15 years. Lately since the office went from High Mountain Health to Van Guard Medical group all kinds of stuff has been happening. I went to the Dr a few weeks ago because I fell unconscious. Dr Perdomo was not in and I had an EKG blood work urinalysis and blood pressure taken. Its been over 2 weeks and I still havent heard about my blood work. I had an appointment on Friday May 13, 2016 with Dr. Perdomo for my lower back pain and I figured I could discuss this collapsing spell i had with him. Now the office just called me back and said that I have to see some new guy called Dr. I who is some foreigner that no one can pronounce his name. And he would only address my lower back pain and not talk to me about anything else. So now I have to go and pay 2 co payments one for this pain management guy and one for my regular Dr. They also recommended that I go and have an MRI of my brain and that someone would contact me. No one has called me about my blood work urinalysis or this MRI appointment. I can tell this is going to be the end of my relationship with this office. Its just all starting to go downhill over there.

I've been seeing Dr. Perdomo for over 8 years. At the old location, things ran like a fine-tuned machine, but at his new location: no so much. But, the staff is not the reason why I go to him. Dr. Perdomo is funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, he listens to the needs of his patients. He literally saved my husband's life when he was diagnosed with symptoms of vertigo that eluded treatment by so-called specialists. Dr. Perdomo is one of the best doctors around and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants and needs a doctor that is dedicated to the healing process.

Dr. Perdomo is one of the best Family Doctors I ever had and very knowledgeable. The only problem is his unfriendly, un-polite, not welcome Staff. I met Dr. Perdomo when he was at his old location and his staff worked as a Team with him.. but things changed and life goes on. I had some blood test done in the past and the staff informed me that I'll get a call as soon the result will be in, addition to my other procedures, but never got the call. So I call and got some info not all. Again, I called after a few weeks to get the rest of my result. I had some other procedures done, and never got the call. I waited more than a month and still didn't get the call or even a follow call at least stating that the result will in shortly. After 2 month or so finally "I" call and requested an answer, with no apologies and clueless answer I got an answer. Dr. Perdomo is great but his staff will definite bring his level of Professionalism down. Key word "Customer Service"

This is a good Doctor , but he promised to call us for a follow up bloodwork for my son , and he never did. I tried calling his answering service , but they didn' take messages, said call another doctor at another affiliate office in other town. Finally, after dealing with astressed unpolite secretary, a medical assistant call us back and took care of our concerns, also apologized for the Md and the secretary's rudeness. Feel sorry , because he seem to be a good Md , he prescribed good medicine, but now it is time to reconsider our loyalty.
