Dr Leung is very patient and knowledgeable. She advised my Mom to take supplements to gain back some weight. She gave her samples to try. A very good doctor. It was a pleasant visit.

I would have given 10 star if there is one. She is the best doctor I ever had. She is caring, compassionate, patience , understanding and very thorough with her diagnose. She even brought down my brother sugar lever from a very high reading to normal now. She care for her patient and very prompt in returning call if you have question or request for refill prescription. She is the best doctor one would want.
Her Staffs are very professional and courteous compare to some of the other doctor office who is not only rude but ignorance.

I had in person consultation with Dr. Leung prior to covid and she was patient and extremely nice. During covid I wanted to followup with my condition, but their phone line rang forever and the voice-mail would not click in. On other days, the phone line would actually say that the person is not accepting any calls. I am very confused. I called my family doctor who was able to schedule an ultrasound appointment for me the results of which indicated I do need firther specialist consultation. Dr. Leung's office finally called me back and we scheduled a phone consultation. I was at work, waited for two hours and still no calls. I called the office, no one picked up and I couldn't even leave a voice-mail because it wasn't working. Totally disappointed. When I went home that evening, I found out that Dr. Leung had called my home number. I remember I had clearly indicated to the receptionist when confirming the appointment to call my mobile number because I was at work. When my family doctor tried to call back to explain the situation, they refused to give me another appointment. I am very disappointed in Dr. Leung's administrative team. This is clearly not the patient's fault. I called 10 times again, until I finally reached the voice-mail. I left a long message explaining the fact that I just want Dr. Leung to know the truth about how substandard her team is in case she is unaware. Half way through my message, the receptionist picked up and started talking to me. She was slightly annoyed and said she would ask the doctor if she would give me another appointment. I felt very offended. The Canadian health system allows medical teams like this to let patients beg for appointments, as if I was at the mercy of the receptionist. Needless to say, I waited for two days and no one called me back. I called again and when I finally got to the voice-mail, someone picked up and hung up on me. I couldn't agree with the previous postings more. If Dr. Leung is a good doctor, please give your team more training. It is not right to treat patients this way. Everyone is in this pandemic together, her team is not the only ones having to go to work. Her patients like me work hard too.

If stars can tell how good or bad a doctor is, I can give countless stars to Dr. Nathalie Leung. She is a godsend doctor to all her patients. In this fast-paced world, a patients need someone to listen to their health concerns and respond appropriately on
their health conditions.

I have been with Dr. Nathalie Leung for last many years. Based on the comments posted by others reviewers, one can easily say, that she goes out of the way to help her patients and make sure that all their questions are answered. She focuses not only to address your health concerns but also follows up with you to check on your health and how you are improving after taking her advice. I am truly impressed with her facility and I would like to appreciate her courteous, caring, friendly and helpful staff who always greets you with the smile and attends you/your calls in a positive and professional manner.

I had to consult her on one Friday that too during her office off hours to seek her consultation on my medication and she courteously accepted my call and advised me on the next steps. She rather went ahead and called my pharmacy before hand to save me time, all I had to do was to visit my pharmacy and get my medication. Also, to my surprise she called me on Sunday to check on how I was feeling. Very few good doctors will spare time on Sunday to check on their patients (actually who does that??). Kudos to her !!!

Instead of writing bad review against the doctors, we should all remember how much all the doctors are over worked these day i.e. they are working their butts off during this pandemic. Taking care of their patients, while risking their own health to care for community and volunteering their hours to keep our friends and family safe. Rather, we should be grateful to doctors like Dr. Nathalie Leung who is working tirelessly, scarifying their own safety and well-being in this crisis and we all should appreciate their contributions to the society.

Dr. Nathalie Leung, though busy she is an exceptional doctor that every patient should deserve. She may not be accepting new patients, but if by any chance Dr. Nathalie Leung is accepting new patients, I would recommend not to miss the bus and take it.

I've been with Nathalie for many years now (i.e. both in-person and via telephone). I could not agree more with comments saying she is extremely nice, caring and warm. She explains things well if you need more clarification or have any questions. However, I must say, that after COVID-19 and switching to telephone calls, our appointments seem more rushed. Also, administratively, she is not the greatest (or rather, doesn't have the best team). She almost always never sends me my prescription right away until I follow up with the receptionist. Also, it is often the wrong prescription (i.e. taken from the previous prescription). I think this is caused by the receptionist writing up the prescriptions based on her consultation notes, and sometimes, things are missed/misinterpreted that way.

I also had a very negative experience with one of the receptionists that works there. The receptionist straight up yelled at me and at one point hung up on me when I called in. For some context, I did not get my prescription after my appointment with Nathalie and wanted to follow up on the status (refer to my point above on the delays of receiving prescriptions) as I was running extremely low on my meds. However I was not able to reach the office and their voicemail wasn't working. Once I finally got a hold of the office, I tried to inform the receptionist that their voicemail did not work, and she completely misinterpreted my message and thought that I was complaining. I simply wanted to explain to her that if other customers are trying to reach them, that their voicemail was not working properly. After this call, I still did not receive a prescription, so I called again but all I could hear was her picking up the phone and hanging up right away. Extremely unprofessional. It seems like the receptionist can be extremely rude on her bad days... and I just don't think that's the way to treat your customers. My advice to them is to just try and understand your customers, before you assume they are complaining. I just wanted my prescription and wanted to explain to them that your voicemail wasn't working at a certain point... I was not even trying to be rude at all.

Doctor Nathalie Leung is an outstanding doctor, with the greatest personality ever. Using "alternative" treatments is unacceptable for an MD. Doctor Leung is using knowledge and education , not so called "statistically based approach". Thank you, Doctor for being the best Doctor ever.
