I have gone through several doctors before I found one that is knowledgeable, proactive, and supportive of his patients. He takes his time to answer any questions you may have and is respectful while caring for his female patients. He always has a female nurse in the room during examinations to protect the integrity and privacy of the patient. He is one of the best physicians I have ever had.

The comments I have read below is not the Dr. Novak I know in fact he is totally opposite. The only thing I ever had a problem with was he was always late! Other than that he has always been very nice took time with me to make sure I understood everything always nice and very caring!

He has poor bedside manner. Dr. Novak barely listened to what my issues were and was quick to simply prescribe medication without explaining why or what other options there could be for the issue. I felt he was hasty in his visit with me and left displeased, confused, and upset. Not to mention I waited for 20-30 min. for him and he only spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me total.

He let me go a week overdue when i was very large for my frame. My baby was so large for my body, a nurse climbed on the table and pushed my baby out of me, I split through my muscle in my leg and through my rectum, he sewed me up from the inside out, wasn't prepaid to do a C-section, my baby was blue, and I almost died. She was covered in blood from me not from the birth.I asked him how many stiches? He answered with a string three feet long frm the inside to the outside. I almost died nine days later from a woumb infection. He never gave me antibiotics, and only visited once in the hospital when i was there for three days. I was also paralyzed for 24 hours after delivery, and was never administerd a cathader, was left to urinate on myself. Also he didn't sew my up completely and I had to go to another doctor for twelve weeks of repair work. I do NOT recommend him to ANYONE. hE has horrible bed side manners. His doctors report stated and underlined "no excessive force was used".
