Dr williams is amazing.. he is really good.. But, The problem with the Williams Family sports medical center is the staff... They are so unhelpful.. They are always pissed off for some reason.. double booking creating all sorts of problems. He has three ppl sitting at the front desk... and they are incredibly useless.. The wait for an average checkup can be approx 1.5~2 hrs. I am still a patient here... and like Dr. Williams.

While making an appointment on the telephone, Dr. Williams told me that I had swine flu after talking to me for two minutes, insisting I did not need to visit. He then prescribed antibiotics accordingly on the spot. I actually had a serious case of pneumonia and ended up in a coma for two months. I almost died due to my sickness after my lungs began to shut down. If he would have just spent the time to talk to me personally instead of just blowing my sickness off as nothing serious, I would not have gone through my ordeal. I am still recovering from the complications.
