I went to doctor Bollman for a number of serious problems that needed addressed. She lectured me on things that had nothing to do with me and completely ignored everything I was telling her. When she diagnosed me, she hadn't even looked at anything I wanted her to or even anything close to my problems.

I briefly went to Dr. Bollman. She did not take my concerns seriously, and was not at all helpful. Frankly, my experience with this office was a nightmare. I cast no shadows on her knowledge, which is probably perfectly adequate -- but in terms of helpfulness, I give her a zero.

Karen is a good doctor, but not great with Senior citizens. She doesn't have the time to spend that they need, and doesn't always take their needs/complaints seriously.
