Olsen is by far the worst doctor I've had. He overmedicated me for the entirety of my time with him. He spent more time changing my medications each visit, more than he listened to me. Each visit and medication change, he changed multiple medications, to where I would go to school, or my therapist, and was a zombie. His medication changes for me were so big, I was frequently sick, having severe weight problems, and even feeling suicidal and homicidal. After I fired him, he was unfortunately the fill in doctor for my next psychiatrist, and when I needed help with the medications during her vacation, he took me off a medication too quick, claiming I was allergic to it, when in fact it was the Benadryl that he had me take. A minor at the time, I credit my overall health after that to my parents, who were the ultimate facilitators of my medical health, and the decision to stop seeing him.

Absolute con artist, Olson isn’t fit to be caring for patients in the least. He really screwed up my life. He got me addicted to drugs and profited heavily off of my useless “visits” where he’d actually stare off into space and ignore me. Out of nowhere he terminated my care when I needed psychiatric help the most. After becoming suicidal from the withdrawals, my family had me admitted to a rehabilitation program, which ultimately saved my life. If it wasn’t for my family, I’d be dead because of Olson.

For your own well-being and safety, please pass on this particular doctor. Read the past reviews and claims against him before you commit. He was my doctor for years and I became totally dependent on him (as did many others I got to know). I also became a total zombie trying a myriad of drugs he thought might work - - switching meds week after week.. It wasn't until I got away from him that I got better both physically and emotionally.

Don't bother with Kenneth Olsen. I wanted rapid eye movement treatment after I was raped by a coworker. I told him it was kinda time sensitive...duh... he proceeded to charge me 500 bucks for 3 more apts over a months time where he had different Male 'students' I had never seen before in the room. Then made me describe the rape at every appointment in detail, so fun!!! This treatment literally uses only a pencil and takes 20 min by the way so I think he was very fairly compensated. Dude you dont know how notes work? He never gave me the treatment. TRAUMATIZING. Again, thanks Kenneth!

PS Thanks for the extra violation!!! Rape and storytime, classy

Is this the same disgraced doctor who convinced the Wisconsin woman of false horrible memories? How is a person like this still employed it was all over the news he was sued for 2 million. The story is incredible an exorcism, satanic cults, horrible things made up by this man.

I was referred to Dr. Olson after being misdiagnosed and over a dozen times and prescribed medication that induced seizures that I still struggle with. Yes, traveling a great distance to see him a handfull of times was expensive and inconvenient, but worth every penny because his expertise at differential diagnosis radically changed my life for the better.
