Everyone I know recommended him, and now I know why. His reputation precedes him, but his care is exceptional and I am so happy with my results!

I had consulted with several other practitioners, all of whom recommended Dr. Wong. Without exception they were correct. My surgery has been 100% successful and I am pain free without any untoward side effects.
Dr. Wong and his staff are exceptional. As such exceptional people with his reputation attracts those who expect immediate gratification, which leads to disappointment.
If one has a surgically correctable back dysfunction, I unreservedly recommend Dr. Wong and his staff. When under his care and direction one can expect the very best care, but please understand that you aren't the only patient with concerns.

During the office visit, his PA spent 45 minutes reviewing all of our info with us, then Dr Wong came in and spent 45 minutes explaining our options. We decided to have surgery that day and he scheduled us within the next week. After the Spinal Fusion was complete, he spent 25 minutes explaining to the family everything that happened, answered all of our questions and visited the hospital room every day, taking the time to make sure questions were answered and everything was OK.

Dr. Wong is a top Spine Dr. I had seen another Dr. for several months before I was referred to him. He recommended a very conservative surgical approach and now, 3 months after surgery, I am back to my normal exercise routines and activities. Thanks Dr. Wong!!!

Dr. Wong is reputed to be an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. However, visits with him are unproductive and rather fruitless in terms of obtaining needed information. Surgical follow-up is lacking with this doctor.

If everything goes OK, you'll be fine. But if a problem develops following the surgery you're pretty much on your own trying to get to the bottom of it. Like many surgeons, Dr. Wong does his job but the "aftercare" leaves much to be desired. His scheduling is terrible as new patients are mixed in with follow ups, and you can wait over 2 hours for a 5 minute consult. I was disappointed in this charming man because I did develop a problem following surgery and feel as if I was given the brush-off, which I was.If you need surgery, pre and post op are important. Pre he's great and explains, post is a major disappointment and you're left to resolve the problem. Additionally, he's so busy that most communication will be with his PA.Would I go back for further surgery if necessary. I don't think so.

I have been going to Dr. Wong for over five years. He has opereated on me twice. He did an excellent job . I think he is an awesome doctor. He is not always on time but that is because so many people want him. His Staff is awesome. He is very helpful but cannot stop my pain. Only God can.

I went in to Dr Wong hoping for help with constant low back pain, I sat in pain for 2 1/2 hours. I couldn't stand it anymore and left.I never heard a word back from them, in my opinion they are insensitive and uncaring to a patient in pain. He may be a good doc, but what good is that if he doesn't care about new patients. What sre you supposed to do, go out in the hall and beg to be seen, or at least ask for a cot to lay down on while he does his thing ? I think a lot of docs forget they may have a patient in pain, or maybe they just don't care.

Dr Wong may be a great surgeon but he's definitely not the person to help with back pain if your vertebra are not moved by an inch or so. If it's not there on an x-ray or if pain cannot be clearly ascribed to some structural abnormality doc doesnt have time.

Dr. Wong's specialty is back surgery. He did back surgery on me, to treat ruptured disks. This was after I had tried other treatments (with other doctors). The surgery went well, and resulted in significant improvement.
