I had Dr. Mark Griffo for an OB GYN.I asked for a tubal ligation in which I was told they did not perform those anymore. They insisted that I have the Essure procedure done which "was more permanent" he said. So I made the biggest mistake of my life and agreed. Since the procedure, my lower back and abdomen area are in constant pain especially during my monthly cycle. When I tried calling the office for my follow up they told me Dr Griffo no longer practices there and they don't know how I can get ahold of him, plus they no longer accepted my insurance. So I now have no way to get ahold of him and have no choice but to have these coils removed by another Dr.(which I am amongst thousands of women who have these problems with this procedure). This is the most unprofessional act I have ever witnessed by a licensed Dr. and would just like to warn that Trudi Griffo (his wife) used to work side by side with him until they disappeared together. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST people! BEWARE!

Dr Griffo sold her practice and I was never inform of this.They sold they're practice to Celebration hospital. Was told by Celebration hospital staff that the Griffo sent notification by mail to patients. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!! THERE"S NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW FURIOUS I AM...I had to find out by the staff when I called to set up an appt. My personal medical records were left with physicians that I have never seen before... I am Appalled. Dr Griffo staff was also very unproffesional and not too courteous..I will be making a formal complaint..

I as well as my entire family love Dr Trudi! She saved by life by listening caring and ordering the right tests.I had another GYN that told me I was having problems because I was fat. My problem turned out to be Stage 3 OVARIAN CANCER.Thanks to Dr Trudi and her knowledge I am alive. She will always be a HUGE part of my life and I will continue to recommend her. Remember a doctor is only as good as their patient is honest.

I went in for an informational visit and was stunned. Beautiful building but the staff was unprofessional,(speaking poorly of other patients, long fake fingernails with stones, visible tattoo, facial piercing...) The wait time was no more or less then I am used to. I found the doctor to be off putting and a little rude. I came home upset and have no intension of returning to that office. I would not recommend this doctor due to poor bed side manner. Great knowledge and rather helpful otherwise.

The doctors have a beautiful office and are very kind. They definitely take their time with their patients and explain things to you. The staff is very courteous and book appointments promptly.

I asked for Husband and Wife Team to help me with a cycospy problem which they were going way over board with sever chances of risk. After going to their Office(and calling) to make sure the information needed for my MD to know what test to run in his office before i got there. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY DOC WASTED HIS TIME & MINE WHILE THEY FAXED THE INFORMATION ASAP. They don't deliver test results unless you make a appt to give them more $$> And they will not hesitate to tell you this is a business before a doc office! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EITHER OF THEM

Both times I visited this practice, I did not receive follow-up calls as promised. I was waiting for results of what I thought was a very serious problem and nobody ever let me know anything. I was fearful for about 2 weeks for no reason. This definitely could have been avoided by better communication. When I let the office know of my unnecessary fears due to their neglect, I was "fired" from their practice. They do not adhere to their mission statement on their website.
