Had a Colonoscopy performed on Jan. 3rd, 2018. The entire procedure took around 1 1/2 hrs. The facility was spotless and the entire staff was professional. Had a face to face meeting with Dr Sitti just prior to the procedure. He was professorial and knowledgeable and erased any concerns I had. Would highly recommend Dr Sitti. .

I had a problem. Dr Sitti my doctor for 20 years. Would not give me an appointment. Diagnosed me over the phone with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and had his staff gave me a Med without seeing me. No testing either. I was in agony for 5 months. Managed to get an appointment with Dr Lee at Swedish Issaquah. I had ecoli in my stool. Heavy antibiotic for 4 days cured. Shame on him. Never again.

A very kind and caring person. Dr. Sitti is genuinely concerned about his patients. He is a great investigator and asked questions until he feels he has all of the information to help. After several months of pain and many doctors, I finally met Dr. Sitti. I had a pretty difficult time with getting a clean colonoscopy and had to have it done twice. Dr. Sitti called me at home several times to check in and make sure I was ok. After having scopes done, I was diagnosed with IBS-C. Coincidently, during the testing ordered by my family doctor, a tumor was noticeable on my liver during CT scans and ultrasounds. Although the tumor was found prior to my meeting Dr. Sitti and the fact that I had already gone to Virginia Mason for a thorough diagnosis, Dr. Sitti insisted on reviewing my results a few times before ultimately agreeing that the tumor was not cancerous. I have recommended friends to him and have heard nothing but good things in regard to his care.

I had numerous issues with Dr Sitti. First he insist that there was no way I could have Crohn's Disease and then after a scope and biopsy and determining that I did indeed have Crohn's but he also wound up finding 3 perforations in my small intestine. I also found up that he had failed to follow up with me after an ER visit and scope 7 years prior that showed I had Crohn's Disease. He apologized, but I went 7 years complaining about abdominal pain without knowing why. The last straw was temporarily losing my vision after a Remicade treatment and having him tell me that there was no way my reaction was a result of my Remicade infusions. His nurse later contacted the drugs MFG and found out that it was a reaction and that I could have permanently lost my vision if I had received another infusion. As a result I transferred to the UW Digestive Disease Center.

Sitti has been my Dr. for as long as I've lived in Tri Citys and I feel very fortunate to have found him and his staff. Very sympathetic and although a bit hard to understand very knowledgeable. Always explains things until you understand and is open to suggestions. He does have a bit of humor hidden there. Highly recommended if your looking for this specialty.

This was my very first visit with Dr. Sitti and I was nervous. Doctor Sitti is very mild mannered, asked some very important questions about my symptoms and was very thorough. After his questions he came up with an initial diagnosis prior to the endoscopy, explaining to me what he thinks is happening and he even drew the model of my stomach on the whiteboard to help me understand the dynamic of my stomach and what is happening. I'm VERY impressed with Dr. Sitti and his expertise - and mild mannered demeanor. Very calm!

Dr. Sitti was rude and arrogant. No only did he refuse to listen to my chief complaints, when I asked if my issue could be Crohn's Disease he told me that the chances of me having Crohn's Disease were absolutely impossible. After 3 appointments he agreed to perform a scope and the resulting biopsy showed that I had severe Crohn's Disease. After starting my treatments he again refused to listen to my complaints about the side effects I was experiencing from Remicaide and even went so far as to again tell me that my sympthoms were not related to Remicaid. After contacting the drug's manufacturer, they provided information that I was having a severe reaction to the Remicaid and that I should stop immediately. Even after receiving the recommendation from Centacore he refused to switch treatments. Over all my chief complaint was his refusial to listen to my concerns and his horrible bed side manor.
