Dr. Fineman is a highly skilled neurosurgeon who fixed my neck and back. His staff is very kind and caring.

I would not recommend this doctor for lower back surgeries. Maybe he should stick to brain surgeries.

Dr. Igor Fineman is the finest surgeon I have ever had. His knowledge of his profession is second to none. His patience, kindness, and understanding toward me as a patient as well as a human being is of the highest level. How blessed I was and am to have such a wonderful professional and human being to have as my Surgeon!

I had a disc fusion on 2009 on my neck Dr. Fineman is a great Dr. and Jennifer is a sweetheart but now that i was diagnosed with Trigerminal Neuralgia after i had been suffering since before my neck surgery was done and everytime i would go to the office and explaine myself regarding the pain for the Trigerminal Neuralgia that now i know that i have and was diagnosed with she could not know what it was and could not give me an answer. But how is it that Dr. Fineman does Micro Vascular Decompresion and she could not know with the symtoms i would tell her i would feel.Now recently i had surgery for Micro Vascular Decompresion if i would of known that's what i also had besides my disc fusion would of really loved for Dr. Fineman to had done my surgery but it just doesn't go through my head why Jennifer could not know the TN symptoms if she's working side by side with Dr. Fineman

He is a brilliant surgeon. My brother had a large hemorrhage in the cerebellum with communicating hydrocephalus. Not only did he save his life with a very focused precise emergency surgery and then a shunt, he followed the case carefully to ensure the optimal recovery in terms of quality of life mentally, physically and psychologically.
