I randomly selected Dr. Chee and I have been appalled at how incompetent he and his office staff have been. He never renews prescriptions even if they are faxed multiple times from my pharmacy, and if you try to reach him his office staff will either promise to call you back, (which they never do), or act rude and tell you that you should have notified them sooner, even if the faxes started being sent a week ago. In person Dr. Chee will always forget what he told you, so you have to remind him before you leave. One time when my blood lab work was sent to him he told me he accidentally pressed a button which erased my file from his laptop and he forgot my name so he had no way of contacting me. It was not until my scheduled appointment a month later that he gave me the news of his concerns with blood work from the previous month. I am now switching doctors after 6 months. (I do not know how any of the other doctors are in his office, but his staff has been both incompetent and rude.)

I first saw Dr. Chee when I was having heart palpitations. I couldn't get into a cardiologist for at least a month. Dr. Chee got me in immediately, ran lab tests and got the results back within 24 hours. He then called me to let me know of the results. I didn't see him for a while afterwards and ran into him at another location. He motioned towards his throat and asked me how I was. Imagine that, a doctor that remembered me out of context and also remembered my diagnosis. He has won my trust. Jump ahead a few years and he was treating my son for an ongoing problem. I tried to get an appointment with a specialist and was unable to secure one for at least a month. A call by Dr. Chee got an appointment the next day. He is a no nonsense kind of physician who welcomes intelligent discourse on your disorder. He was the only physician (out of 3) that agreed to prescribe an alternative form of treatment for my condition. He reponds immediately and personally to calls.

I went in for chronic insomnia. This was my second visit in the practice but my first visit with Dr. Chee. He never made eye contact and treated my problem as insignificant. He could only suggest medications and to look on the web for suggestions. He refused to offer a referral, even after describing the severity of symptoms (including losing 10% of my body weight in 2 wks). He was rude and short. I will never use his services again.
