READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS MD...This guys is a doctor? Completely tries to circumvent the conversation when you tell him about your ailments. Just brushes anything you say aside. His office staff is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. They all act and this is including his Physician Assistants, like you owe them something or as if you had shot their dog. True incompetence at work here.

Don't count on seeing the doctor. The practice employs a large number of Physician Assistants. They try to do their job, but without medical training, I think they are unsure what to do when an unusual situation arises. At first I really liked that this practice offered evening and weekend hours, and they offer high tech equipment and procedures in the office. However, my husband and I have both had the experience that the PAs did not know how to treat situations that we had that were outside the usual, and needed a doctor to step in, who was unavailable on both occasions.
In addition, I found that when I requested to see the doctor specifically, he kept me waiting for two hours without a good reason that I could see. The office was not unusually crowded and I had arrived early for my appointment. When he came, he persisted in engaging me in small talk despite my efforts to direct him to my addressing my condition.

After seeing Dr Rasa for my annual physical I have left 3 messages to have a follow up conversation with him and have not received a phone call. Then I spoke to the office manager to see if she could help and she gave him another message and still no call. I don't think this is a way to help you patients.

David Rasa is an okay doctor. But the girls who work for him can not be trusted. They messed up my prescriptions. Then the next visit they forgot the script I needed for blood work. Most of the staff at High Mountain health are real slackers.

Dr Rasa is now seeing patients at 246 Hamburg turnpike office. It is an Urgent care. Since he has been there...his wait time has come down greatly. His staff are so polite. I am very happy to see Dr. Rasa. I think he is a great physician and his staff is great too.

Dr rasa has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is a great doctor who truly cares about his patients. The staff always goes out of their way when I have trouble with my insurance company or need a specialist appointment. After terrible experiences elsewhere it's worth the wait for quality of care. Their urgent care office is upstairs from a radiology facility and results were sent immediately to dr rasa. After my visit at high mountain health I will never go anywhere else.

I own busy company and everytime I go to this office I have to wait forever. I called the day of my last appoinment to see if I would be seen on time and they said yes. I sat for 2 hours when a drug rep came in and was seen right away. Soon after I was put in a room I expressed to the nurse that I had a meeting in Philly and asked how long Rasa and the drug rep would be? When Dr Rasa came in he basically told me how offended he was that I asked. When I told him I have a company to run and sitting for 2 hours was unacceptable he basically said he had more people under him than I do and he needed to ensure "quality assurance" to which I said, "So do I and sitting here for 3 hours doesn't help". I was there for gastro issues and he said it wasn't surprising sing I seam "high strung". When it was discovered I had stage 3 cancer, he had a nurse call to see what else they could do for me while i was still in the hospital. I do not have enough charecters to express my dislike for Rasa

after being well over 2 hours late, Dr. Rasa continued to joke, and refused to listen to me explain my autoimmune disease history. he wasted time bragging about his credentials, and made fun of my ailments i tried to describe....which were the reason for the visit in the 1st place. I will be looking into filing a malpractice or negligence charge against Dr. Rasa, because his unprofessionalism and closed mindedness could have killed me. he belongs in jail.

The care and kindness shown by Dr. Rasa during my husbands long illness and eventual death can not be expressed in words. If I have to wait alittle in his office I don't mind. Dr Rasa stuck with us until the end even offering to come to our house. God bless him.

I know this Dr from High Mountain Health and several medical facilities. Never a problem with the staff. Always great. However, anyone can tell you this physician is an unprofessional, disrespectful and uncaring person. It may be easy to blame office staff for long wait time however...you are waiting on the doctor, not the staff. How much abuse should the staff take. It is not their fault. A doctor like Rasa, throws them under the bus.
