Dr. Rasa is a very good doctor. Unfortunately, he has useless relatives on his staff. But he hates to admit he hires family and tries to hide it. Too many doctors are brought down by poor office staffs. Patients have to deal with unqualified relatives and/or eighteen year old high school dropouts with surly attitudes. I stopped using several doctors because of their incompetent staffs. Then I told them and their HMOs about it. These doctors need to realize they work for us. Hiring competent, professional office staff must be expensive. But NOT hiring competent, professional staff is much more expensive.

Doctor's are fine, however, they are always changing staff/locations. Getting the same MD for maintenance is difficult. The office staff however, is terrible! Unhelpful, rude, lousy attitude. Refuse to answer your questions. No follow through. You end us calling back multiple times with the same question and they have no record of you call/questions. Doctor's never call back-always some office flunky passing a message along from the doctor. If you have a follow up question, you are forced to go back through the staff to leave a question for the doctor. Don't want to repeat the same medical questions again and again to the staff. Would like to speak to a Doctor and have one cohesive conversation. After being "professionally abused" left the practice. Now with a group who actually put the patient first. If you have a choice, do not use High Mountain Health.

Dr Rasa is fine no issues with him. It's the worthless helpless " I dont give a #%@!" staff he has thats the problem. They are the reason I changed doctors

Worst staff I have ever encountered. 2 hour wait but they charge you the co-pay as soon as you arrive so you can't leave. They act like they are doing you a favor. This attitude must come from the top down. As with any organization the staff mirrors their leader.

Staff sucks - they are consistently rude, impatient and in a rush. Definitely understaffed. Doctors are informative and helpful, when you get the chance to see them. Average wait time.....90 minutes.

Here's the deal, Wait and wait, the rude office staff must have practiced their "I don't care faces" Then you see why they have this attitude, when you meet Dr. Rasa. RUDE & UNLISTENING
