He's a surgeon, so he's on-call and for that reason appts. might be cancelled or be delayed for hours, but if he says he'll see you, he will and he will certainly help you. If you ask him to call you about something he will. Though,when he sees you it feels like he's rushing you and gives you a feeling that he's not really listening. But he knows what he's doing and refers you to specialists and really thorough about getting you tested for possible problems. Another bad thing is its so hard to get connected phone always busy and hey rarely respond to voicemails. The staff are sweet and friendly but not so reliable, you'll have to follow up about test results/authoriztions.
