Dr. O'Neill was awesome! BUT... he became semi-retired in 9/1/2017. Since then, his office two doctors and P. A aren't t the same...AT ALL!!!! His office/nurses/staff are awesome. Only visit his P.A..,,.which is very sad...or go somewhere else.

I went in with a complaint and I described it accurately to Dr. O'Neill. He mistakenly diagnosed my condition and began a mistaken treatment process that he had written into his files from a prior visit many months ago, from which I had already recovered. His arrogance is exceeded only by his carelessness.

Rude and in a hurry for the next patient. Strategy is to get as many patients processed per day for more revenue as insurance payments. Oh and do not mention a 2nd or 3rd thing wrong as you will be chided to schedule separate appointments (more revenue)
Staff unfriendly as well. Do not waste your time.

Dr O' Neill has successfully treated my Type II diabetes and high BP and my wife's medical problems as well. He is very efficient and respects one's time and always suggesting healthy ways beyond just medicine. Told me to eat less and exercise more!! . His practice is run like clockwork and hardly ever any wait. The nurses are super efficient too with no wasted time. His personality is a little different as he sugar coats nothing and demands cooperation. If you want an MD who cuts to the chase and quickly diagnosis spot on every time then he is the doctor for you.

If you can tolerate a good old fashioned doctor who is direct and to the point, even a little abrasive and will tell you what he thinks, then he is for you. He cares!!! Dr. O'Neill is firm, but fair. He insists patients follow his instructions, know their condition and take it serious and takes control, follow his orders, take their medication, etc.. I've improved medically because of his excellent care. His personality is NOT to be your friend, but your advisor and lecturer on how to remain or get healthy.

Staff was fairly helpful but in a hurry. There are a lot of staff so they get the job done but you never see the same one twice.
The Doc is great. If you are looking for someone to socialize with this is not your doctor. If you want a doctor to get to the root of the problem you have found him. Doesn' T sugar coat anything, right to the point! I can respect that. Glad I changed doctors!!!

I was a once a year person for about 10 years. Then during routine blood work Dr. O'Neill found a few issues. He has always went above and beyond. He is straight forward and respects your time. I have sat in a doctors waiting room for over 2 hours waiting for an appointment before finding Dr. O'Neill. I have never waited over 10 minutes. I love that he respects my time.
If he does not know what is wrong or the best way to treat you he will tell you and then find out. He will refer you to a specialist if it is warranted. I am go glad I found him.
I have referred several people to him and now the whole family see's him.

Dr. O'Neill is very professional, very knowledgable. I se where some people find him rude, but I bet they're used to doctors who would rather chit-chat than treat your underlying problem. He is direct, and does not spend a lot of time with each patient, unless he needs to, but he has a system, and a very competent staff, that provide excellent care.

As stated Dr Oneill may not have the best pleasantry exchange with you.. He is very direct and very concerned about your health. To the point of even kind of reprimanding me once on very poor progress that is fully within my control not his. He treats my entire family and my wife has varying illness's that if not for him would probably still not be found. He may be direct and blunt. But I can guarantee he does always have your best interest in mind. He remembers things about my family and various trips on occasion. Which would you rather have, a doctor that jokes and laughs with you or one that is going to help you. I will take Dr. Oneill over any other that I have experienced in this area.

I too cannot recommend Dr. O'Neill. He is the most sarcastic, rude physician I have ever met. He doesn't listen and is very rushed. The only advantage is that he does have a lab in his office so results are fast.
