Had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Le. Dr. Le is professional, friendly, and kind. I am averse to pain & he made sure to take care of my nose well post surgery while being sensitive to my pain threshold. My nose looks amazing and so confident with my face now. So glad I chose him as my plastic surgeon!

Dr. Le is so wonderful!! I had such a great experience with him and his practice — I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone who is looking for a surgeon for primary/revision rhinoplasty or deviated septum surgery. He has a rare combination of caring demeanor and high degree of technical skill that only make up the best of the best in medicine/healthcare. Additionally, I found him very easy to talk to, and felt very comfortable communicating my goals. I am so grateful that I found his practice right here in the DC area as I was considering doctors in NYC and Los Angeles.
He corrected a breathing issue that was impacting my quality of life, as well as improved the esthetic look of my nose. I am so happy with the results — which have greatly exceeded my hopes/expectations (which were already high, given his reputation) 10/10!!!

I have so many good things to say about Dr. Le and his practice and him and his practice deserves to get a nice, detailed review as to why he's the best doctor around for rhinoplasty or any plastic surgery needs. I got a rhinoplasty surgery done from Dr. Le and I am so lucky to have chosen him as my doctor because I've read horror stories online where they were very displeased with the results or them complaining about the lack of care/work ethic their doctor has shown. The moment that made me realize how great of a doctor he was is that he is SO passionate about what he does. I suffered a broken a nose from horse-playing with a friend of mine, which resulted in a collapsed nasal bridge and a nasal septum deviation. Dr. Le took the necessary steps to really perceive your needs and gives you the best possible solution while cooperating as much as possible with cost-effectiveness. Like some doctors out there, they may care too much about business or even lack attentiveness post-surgery because they have already earned your business, but I have no doubt that Dr. Le goes into his office/hospital every day with excitement and a burning dedication to do what he loves and that is to help as many people change and improve their lives for the better through his astonishing talent. It's almost been 1 year since my surgery and Dr. Le is still attentive with me, post-surgery, because he understands that the surgery itself is only half the battle, post-surgery care being that important. Dr. Le understands that the healing process is crucial and he will make SURE you take care of what he calls "his baby" aka his work of art haha. This is Dr. Le's character, a very passionate and dedicated doctor in his field of profession. As far as results of the surgery, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of aesthetics and function. I can finally breathe out of my left nostril now (which was crushed in) and my nasal bridge is straight and stable again. If you're in the DMV area, there's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't choose Dr. Le as your surgeon for your rhinoplasty/plastic surgery needs. Not to mention, his staff (Liz) is very attentive and expeditious with Dr. Le's clients. She is constantly making phone calls and writing emails to make sure your valued time is honored. Great doctor, staff, and practice all around. I would rate Dr. Le and his practice more than 5/5 if I could! :-)

I had spent the majority of my life absolutely hating my ears, refusing to wear my hair up, or let them be seen. Booking an otoplasty with Dr. Le was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and worth every penny. With my new ears I’m finally happy in my own skin. Dr. Le was very precise and made sure to produce results that reflected exactly what I wanted down to the millimeter and I could not be more thankful.

I've been to a few different Surgeons trying to get my nose fixed to help relieve my severe sleep apnea. Dr Le was the only one to take the time to actually understand the problems with my nose, to take the time to explain the different solutions, and then to work with me to make a plan to fix the problems. About 6 weeks ago we executed that plan.... and my nose is now awesome! I can breathe, and it is absolutely fantastic! This morning, I overslept.... for the first time in many years I felt good. Bonus points for how good I look now too! THANK YOU Dr. Le!!!

He is an expert in revision rhinoplasty and I recommend him to anyone who has been botched by other plastic surgeons. And he shares information about his prior cases with you, unlike some other surgeons. And he doesn't rush you. Highly recommend!

I can't understand the negative reviews here. Dr. Le is a world renowned expert in revision rhinoplasty. Just make an appointment and he will share tons of patient pictures with you and you will see what complicated cases he has taken on and resolved! He did my revision rhinoplasty and fixed what several other surgeons before could not. I am forever grateful to him! I highly recommend him.

I had my revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft with Dr. Le after a car accident in my teenage years and several unsuccessfull rhinoplasty surgeries after that. I never liked my bulky nose to begin with, but the car accident left me with a crooked nose severely deviated to the left. My prior surgeries did make my nose look shorter and thinner, but did not fix the deviation at all. It was just a waste of time and money, and going through this painful process again and again without a good outcome. I was initially too scared to do a rib graft, but after all the unsuccessfull surgeries I had I realized that there are no shortcuts. I was also initially put off by the length of Dr. Le's surgeries. However, after reading a lot of reviews online and having my first consultation with him, I felt that I am in good hands and he knows what he is doing. He showed me numerous photos of patients with problems similar to mine and explained my options in detail. And so I made my decision to move on with the surgery. My surgery was initially scheduled for 7.5 hours, but ended up being 10 hours! And Dr. Le did not charge me for the extra time. He just wanted to make sure my results were good and so he took the time he needed to ensure that. Surgery went well. I spent the night at the hospital. Recovery was surprisingly fast with almost no bruising (unlike my prior surgeries). And I can't believe what Dr. Le has achieved! My nose is almost perfectly straight now! Not perfect, but SO much better. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to Dr. Le for making me feel notmal again! I just wish I had foundhim earlier.
