Horrible, Horrible! I scheduled an appointment last month and I didn't receive a reminder call. I then called to make sure the date and time were correct. The young lady that answers the phone says she wasn't in and I asked her to check the appts. and she replied, "there is no appointment". I replied, "so you ask me for all my information and you didn't put it in the computer." She hung up in my face. Im glad I didn't go in for the appointment after this experience.

Had severe bleeding was not contacted back for follow up but when contacted the dr office was told to go to emergency room. Dr at emergency room was told by dr hixson that insurance was holding procudure up when in reality she didnt even contact insurance co. DOES NOT FOLLOW UP AND REFUSES TO help when you are in need!

Dr. Hixson has been the best OB I have had I had two miscarriages and she was the only one to bother to look at my hormones and put me on replacement with my 3rd pregnancy. She is amazing at fitting patients in and answering all your questions. She does not make you get unnecessary blood work like other OB's do. She is the best and her staff cannot be any nicer. I recommend her to anyone I know.

She herself and her staff were always very kind and helpful. She took me on when I was 7 months pregnant, I had just moved to Louisiana and her office was the only place that would take me so late and without me driving an hour to get there. She delivered my miracle and it was a very positive experience for me.

Dr. Hixson/staff is very inconsiderate. They schedule 5 ppl at the same time. Wait time is over 1 hour. I have to take off a half day for an appt. I can wait for her for an hour but if I am an hour late, I would have to reschedule. I am not going back to her nor would I recommend her to anyone. Still have unresolved issues after dealing with her office. I have never seen the level of incompetence displayed anywhere than there. I have received better care at a free clinic.

Dr. Hixson was great but her staff was horrible! Out of three appointments I was asked to reschedule 2, but only after I had been waiting for over a hour both times. The staff was loud, rude, lazy, and lacked respect for patients. If you do not mind your personal information being screamed accros a full waiting room this is the place for you.

Absolutly the worst doctor I've ever came in contact with. Very rude, horrible bedside manners. I will never go back to her nor recommend anyone I know to see her.
