Short wait times. Takes the time to listen to my concerns and truly cares for my well being

I went there 25 years and I actually liked Dr. Allan and had always liked his staff as well. He hired a new nurse a few years ago and she is just does not have a good bed side manner. She is abrupt and made me very anxious. He just hired an new receptionist as well. TO make a long story short he fired me after 25 years of being his patient without even letting me make an appointment to tell him my side of the story. It broke my heart. I almost died this winter of the swine flu. You would think they would have some considerations for my anxiety and pain. I was in ICU for 12 days and I am in the healing process. To be misunderstood by people who are supposed to care and take care of you. It is sad, very sad. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
