I went to see Dr. Frankle a few days after I dislocated my shoulder. This was the first major injury I have ever had in my life. I saw his resident first and the first thing I asked him was when I could start working out again. The resident told me to wait six weeks. I then saw Dr. Frankle and asked him the same thing. He told me I could start working out again whenever I felt comfortable. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE SAID THAT! I started working out again when my should felt normal again and that caused my shoulder to get injured beyond repair! When I went back to Frankle and asked him if I would make a full recovery, he said “no” with such indifference and zero empathy. He just ruined my life! I’ve been doing physical therapy and while I have made some improvement, it doesn’t seem likely I will ever get back to normal. He should have told me to wait six weeks before working out again but because of him, I will have to live in discomfort for the rest of my life.

Dr. Mark Frankle is THE BEST, as are his staff and Fellows. He actually makes it "fun" and "interesting" to come to the doctor. We learn so much and leave understanding what's wrong and what we can and/or should do about our "condition". He is a great doctor and a great guy too.

Dr. Frankle and his staff are beyond compare. Dr. Frankle is one in a billion and I repeatedly recommend him to friends. If only there were more doctors like Dr. Frankle, how wonderful it would be. I just cannot say enough good things about him.

Dr. Frankle and Jeff have been taking care of me since at least 2001. I have had the best care ever. I praise them for basically saving my arm. I came back to see them to make sure, after all this time, my elbow was still good. My heart has blessed them both forever.

Best treatment, clean hospital, anyone that came to my room had a smile on there face. I felt that everyone really cared about me.

Any time Dr. Frankle's name was mentioned as my husband's surgeon, people were telling me that he was the best to have for his shoulder surgery. He is very well thought of. Very pleased to have found him for husband's reverse shoulder surgery.

Saw an assistant doctor who works with Dr. Frankle. He was very informative, professional and knowledgeable. My injections were performed without much pain, that is always nice.
