I did not meet Dr. Won. I spoke to his physician assistant which was a good experience. He was not pushy in getting xrays or mri's immediately. He understood the need to balance cost with service for a limited income. Being new to Texas, it would have been nice to know when I made the appointment that the deductible was due at the time of service. I was caught off guard. If I continue to have problems, I will return to Dr Won and ask for his assistant.

Great surgeon and great staff. I suffered from back pain for 20 years. I had 3 surgeries large Texas back center in Plano, and none of them helped. I finally found Dr. won and spine care staff. After a long consultation, I decided to have surgery. It's been a year since my fourth surgery, and I am doing fantastic. I finally got my life back. My leg pain is gone. Still have some back pain but nothing compared to what it used to be. I'm looking forward to walking my daughter down the aisle in her wedding this summer. God bless his hands.

Dr. Won and his staff was great. They were very patient and caring. My husband and I, both had surgery with Dr. Won and Dr. Samir. We were very impressed by his staff at his clinic and his hospital, who were all so nice and courteous. We were treated like VIP at five star hospital. I guess that's why their hospital is called Star Hospital. We both had minimal surgery. I went home after one night at the hospital. I had a big slip spine so they had to place screws but the incision was less than one inch. My husband had endo surgery and went home the same day. It's been 2 years since I had my surgery and 8 months for my husband. We are both pain free and this past summer, traveled through China and Austrualia. We walked for miles without any back or leg pain.
If you ever decide to have a surgery, this is the only guy. No question.

Dr Won is a great surgeon but more importantly very compassionate physician. He and his team made us feel so comfortable. My surgery went really well. My pain is 90% better and I am able to do every thing I want to do. I am enjoying my grand kids. Thank you.

Dr. Won and his staff were great. I was able to get back into martial art only 3 months after my surgery. My back feels great and I'm ready for my tournament.

Very disappointed that I didn't see doctor before surgery or after. His PA checked on me, but I was very insulted.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Won and his staff. From the person that scheduled my appt to the person that took my x-ray, they were all wonderful. I had a disc completely herniate one morning when I leaned over to tie my shoe. I never had a back problem until that day. I was terrified to get back surgery because everyone said once you get one surgery, you’ll have multiple surgeries, but Dr. Won put me at ease at my 1st appt. I knew I was in the rt place when I heard a woman outside my exam room tell Dr. Won that he saved her life and she couldn’t thank him enough for all that he did for her. He took the time to explain everything to me. I had a horrible shooting pain that radiated down my lower back into my butt and all the way to my foot. When I woke up from surgery, that pain was gone. I only have 3 small incisions in my back and I was doing great just days after my surgery. I was back to work in no time and off pain meds. Dr. Won is well worth your time and effort.

I can't say enough of Dr Won. Explains what is being done in simple language and doesn't rush. My husband suffered back pain for 2 years after having open back surgery in 2009 and didn't help at all. After surgery with Dr. Won, he had minor incision pain. Before surgery, his right leg was numb and he limped. Now he doesn't limp and is able to move his foot and toes. I recommend that any person who needs back surgery, to call Dr Won and ask to be evaluated.
