Dr. Murphy is competent, but his staff is extremely rude and on more than one occasion made my husband wait a ridiculously long time to see the dr. I've heard the receptionist be extremely rude to an older man concerning the amount of money he owed. We no longer use this practice.

Staff is very rude. Dr. doesn't take enough time to discuss problems, questions.
