Good ratings but never follows up like doctors from the past would do. Doesn't seem to care when you're in pain and unable to make appts. with him or other docs he has mentioned that you see. He is a very personable, interesting AND funny (makes me LOL) which helps the psyche! Staff is great and always a smile.

Without conspicuously referring to notes and such,Dr Poplar remembers his patients and their problems well. He listens very well, and asks lots of questions. He works with me and my family members til any given problem is resolved. He refers us to good specialists whenever necessary. He seems very much abreast of new developments in medicine, and takes the time to share new info. He is kind and is supported by a friendly efficient staff, and rarely has kept us waiting very long for office services. We feel very lucky and grateful to have him here in Delavan.
