This Dr. is about amazing, caring and as professional as they come. He treated me for several months for an infection which saved my life. I have had other infections recently that he has treated and his knowledge and medical procedure is highly effective. I highly recommend him and would refer him without any reservation to others especially anyone with a difficult infection. His nurse and others are as incredibly efficient and caring.

Dr. Abolnik is a facinating, extremely funny dr. He saved my life after a serious bout of Bacterial Meningitis. While I initially found him brusk and abrupt, I grew to love his dry sense of humor. He is a genius and I owe my life to him and his team! I would return to him without a second thought.

While bedside manner is NOT his strong point, he was certifiably brilliant on two different occasions in saving my dad's life. He sees beyond what other doctors see in his area of specialty. He is a big brusk bear in his personality. I might not want him as a dinner guest but I'm sending my daughter to him without hesitation.

Dr. Abolnik saved my life. In 2007, after having surgery, being afflicted with infection, and being given the wrong medication by other medical professionals, Dr. Abolnik basically unraveled the riddle (the other Doctors who were caring for me couldn't figure out what was wrong). He set me back on the path to recover and then, even though he wasn't the one primarily responsible for me, would stop in regularly to check on me. He visited with my wife to put her at ease and even made time to talk with my mother when she flew in from Hawaii to visit me. I'll always be thankful for his direct attention to my problem and his fast action which I believe saved my life.

I was referred to Dr. Igor Z. Abolnik in April 2012, for a post-surgical infection. Dr. Abolnik said and did things to me that were totally unprofessional and undeniably in- appropriate: during my appointment Dr. Abolnik referred to my breasts and asked, "Are those yours or are they fake?" Then he pulled open the top of my shirt with is hand and looked down my neck. Instead of leaving the room so I could disrobe for a pelvic exam, he stayed and began unzipping my pants and pulling off my jeans. I was shocked! I don't care where Dr. Abolnik is from, but he is practicing medicine in America and he should not be treating women in this INAPPROPRIATE AND DEMEANING manner. His behavior violated the trust that should exist between a physician and his patient, and he needs to be held accountable. DO NOT SEE DR. IGOR Z. ABOLNIK EVER !!
