My PCP sent me to Neurology because we needed to find out if the severe pain I'm having is related to my Fibromyalgia or if my cancer is part of the cause. My extremely rare type of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma can cause Peripheral Neuropathy. Dr. Quigley asked me what I did for a living. I explained that I hadn't been able to work for over a year because of the severe pain all over my body, and my immune system is very poor from my cancer so I get sick a lot being around people. She asked if I was getting Disability, I told her I filed and was still waiting to hear back from Social Security. She then got very short with me; asking how I was able to live. I told her my father was helping me. She rudely asked me if my father had a really good job to be able to take care of me while I did nothing. She continued to interrogate me and tried to make me feel bad. She gave me wrist splints and told me to exercise. She then decided I was a drug addict and put "Opioid Dependence" on my medical record.
