I think Dr Mallonee is a great physician. He makes you feel very comfortable. Also, the office manager and the nurse are fantastic. Extremely professional and friendly. The front desk girl seems nice too. They are always on time and very courteous on the phone. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.

i just have to say dr. mallonee is a good dr. but his staff is very rude.my husband had an appointment and when we got there they said it was for another day.i know for a fact that it was for that day because my husband and i made the appointment TOGETHER.they need to hire someone that knows how to make appointments.I left work early for this appointment.was very upset.

I would have to disagree with the last two statements, i was a patient for a long time and then out of no where the office manager sends me a discharge letter with no explaination. Then when i call to speak to her she is never there and won't return any calls. I can't stand her and she is no professional at all the nurse is great and as for the check-in person i would always get a service with a smile, but now that i'm discharged i have to go else where!

I agree... the office manager has always been wonderful to me. I've dealt with her on several issues and she was extremely professional. Dr. Mallonnee is a fantastic doctor, always professional and listens to me with my concerns. I have been going to him for years and will continue to keep him has my physician.

I completely disagree with these statements. In fact, I think it is the opposite! The Office Manager is wonderful, very compassionate and always willing to help. I think the young woman who sits up front is extremely rude. She does nothing but talk on the phone, and they are personal calls. I think Dr Mallonee is wonderful. As far as the nurse is concerned, she really doesn't impress me.

I completely agree with the last statement because i was in the office recently and the Office Manager Jessica i believe is her name was completely obilvious to anything that i was asking her regarding an issue i had with their policies, she wasn't even listening to me and was so quick to get someone else to handle the situation, while she took a phone call that sounded personal to me and the lobby of patients since she was saying I love you(so unprofessional)....on another note the Nurse is great she is so helpful and caring whenever i have an issue, Dr. Mallonee is great also and the young lady who checks in the patients is great as well. Overall the remaining staff is great but good luck getting past the office manager.

I love Dr.Mallonee very much he is a great doctor and the Nurse is great too!!! However his office manager is sooooooo unprofessional it makes me sick, so does not even dress the part of an office manager everytime there is an issues her staff solves it for her....i don't know how she got this job...i have friends that go there as well and they agree with me! Love the Doctor but not the office manager!

Dr.Mallonee and his nurse were very helpful. I would definately recommend this office in the future.Now my whole family sees him.

It is very unfortunate that the office staff is so horrible. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable. If I ever need to call and ask the doctor a question or get a prescription refill, it usually takes them about a week to receive a call back, if at all. Pray that you never have a billing issue. It is almost comical how uneducated/unprofessional the billing staff member is. I am still trying to get a billing issue cleared up from six months ago. I have put up with the atrocious office staff here for three years, and finally decided to find another doctor due to office staff. This is very unfortunate because I think Dr. Mallonee is a great doctor. He is very kind and does a great job. The nurses are great as well. Perhaps he should look at hiring some other staff members that actually care about their patients.

The office staff are rude and not helpful. I am not sure what is going on with this doctor. My pharmacy has been trying for a week to get a refill approved, no one is answering calls and faxes and all I can get is the answering service. I have no choice but to find another doctor now....
