Dr. Harkless is very friendly and nice, but we've had very bad luck with her ability to correctly diagnose our child. We've seen her 3 times and she's been wrong all 3 times. Since every time we see her we just have to go back the next day to see a different doctor -after our child has deteriorated significantly--to get the correct treatment, we now refuse to see her.

Dr Harkless is wonderful with my child. She takes her time during the well visits and addresses each of our issues throughly.

Kia Harkless is wonderful. She is intelligent, down-to-earth and very personable. She sees patients in a timely manner and the staff is great. She treats parents with respect and takes their concerns seriously (does not dismiss parents as too neurotic). She has a lovely way with children. Unfortunately, we recently moved from Springfield and I tried a new pediatrician in this area, but he does not compare to Dr. Harkless. I am considering driving all the way to Springfield because I feel she is more team oriented.
