Dr. Slater is a caring and knowledgeable person and the clinic personnel is in general amazing. I always felt very supported and cared for and they made me feel like a person. They truly go the extra mile for their patients and that is really something to appreciate. I would strongly recommend this doctor and clinic to everyone!!

I tried for 2 years to get my amazing babies, Dr Slater helped me reach my goal by trying, and never giving up on my goal! It was not an easy journey, as infertility never is, but the staff at ICRM made me feel like part of the family and were just as happy as I was when I finally became pregnant with my amazing twins! I actually miss all the frequent visits and visiting with the staff! Thank you for making the scary infertility journey a little less daunting! I love you guys!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Slater and her staff. After 6 months of failed clomid, 3 failed IUI's we knew IVF was our only option. Dr. Slater and her staff went more than out of their way to help us make the IVF process possible for us and they were so caring and compassionate through the whole thing. We have beautiful twin boys now because of ICRM and we are so grateful to them for all they did to make it happen! Even though we live out of state now we still keep in touch with their office because they are like family to us. I can't say enough good about Dr. Slater and her staff for making our dreams come true!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Slater and the staff at ICRM. My struggle with infertility was long and hard and they never lost hope in my process and assured me they would get me pregnant! I feel they went above and beyond even my own expectations and provided me with the latest and greatest advances in fertility care. They were caring and compassionate and supportive. As a result I ended up with twin boys and I couldn't be happier. They fulfilled my dream of being a mother and I have the upmost respect for Dr. Slater and everyone at ICRM!

I had a great experience with ICRM. My husband and I went through three rounds of IUI's, and two rounds of IVF's before we got pregnant with twins. Obviously it was a very emotional process, but we are so happy we kept seeing Dr. Slater and her staff. Each new try/process I felt confident we were closer to finding out what will work for us.

After our first failed IVF, I had several calls and even a couple of cards sent to us from Tami and the rest of the office staff letting us know they were thinking about us. I don't know of any other office that would take the time and attention to do that. Any time I had questions, whether they might be dumb or not, I got a call back the same day and had all my questions answered and I never felt stupid for asking.

The infertility process can be a journey. We all hope for the best and hope to get lucky the first time but many times for a lot of us, it takes a few tries to figure out your body and determine what you specifically need. I'm so grateful especially for Dr. Slater, Linda, Tami, Natalie, Diane, and the rest of the staff for their kindness, dedication, and care for our whole infertility journey. You can believe we will be back if needed in the future.

I would highly recommend dr. Slater. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. I have nothing but positive to say about her and her staff. They walked us trough the process and were very caring and supportive. We did the IVF and it worked the first time, and we have a beautiful little girl thanks to Dr. Slater and her team. We have one more embryo frozen, and we will be definitely back to use that as well. Thank you Dr. Slater!

Dr. Slater and her staff are simply amazing. They led my partner and I through the process of choosing an egg donor, then preparing our surrogate for the transfer. We had a failed fresh transfer, and the entire staff reached out to us and made sure we knew they would work tirelessly to help us have a family. They were very supportive, and very sensitive to how we were feeling. The following month brought better news with a successful FET, and we were always so excited to go to the clinic for ultrasounds. The staff were always very warm and excited for us at each appointment. Once our little girl was born, we sent them periodic family photos, and they were genuinely excited to receive each update. We are now getting started on a sibling for our daughter, and are so happy to be back in their capable and knowledgable hands!

Dr. Slater and most of the staff were curt, patronizing and unfriendly. Where to start? The billing errors, the sperm mix up or the rude attitudes. Dr. Slater's office is the only RE office in the state. They are novices compared to other offices and their main focus is on keeping their CDC statistics high. They utilize a one-size-fits-all, assembly-line approach that is not tailored to individual needs. Dr. Slater does not delve very deeply into fertility causes but is quick to do a couple of cycles of IVF and then direct patients to donor egg because it's the quick and dirty approach for their office. She'll give you the "you only have about 1% chance of conceiving and you need to move on to donor eggs" speech. The office even takes it upon themselves to proactively choose a donor for you before even having the donor egg speech. Don't fall into that trap too quickly. You can find answers from other, caring and interested doctors.
