I was referred to Doctor MORGENTHAU by my family doctor last year on Feb/2023 , and l was in really bead shape , when I went to see him at humber hospital I was in a wheelchair my fingers on my hands our curl up I couldn’t cut my meat or hold a cup of coffee or water, but as soon he seen me he knew what was wrong with me, he contacted a specialist for me at St Michael hospital, and got me all fixed up now I’m walking again and doing lots of things, Doc MORGENTHAU save my life .

Now I remember why I didn’t want to come back to the Dr., even though my family Dr. insisted. He is NEVER on time for ANY appointments. Being in the office only 2 days a week does NOT entitle his schedule to be so overloaded that each patient has to wait OVER AN HOUR for their appointment. Show up late? No problem because you still get to go AHEAD of everyone that was on time and waiting before you! How you’ve been in practice this long and still do not know how to schedule your day without any regard for anyone else’s life is beyond me. I’ve been waiting over a hour and another patient comes in late for his appointment and goes right in! This is ridiculous! Considering I’m seeing him for RLS and I CANNOT SIT around and wait like this!!!

I like Dr. Morgenthau, I find him attentive and knowledgeable if a little closed minded. His receptionist (Paula) is TERRIBLE. Terrible attitude, combative when speaking to patients, blame culture with patients. No courtesy when scheduling appointments, just tells you when you're scheduled with zero confirmation or consideration for your schedule, and regardless of what time you're scheduled, you will sit in the waiting room for over an hour.

Hey Morgenthau. Got my effin results from 2017? Been a while. Oh also, did my results come in from a few months ago with the "inner ear" damage from The effin' bump in the right ear causing cancer. "Paula" isn't responding "automatically".hehe.

When you leave a msg stating you are suicidal & get told you said you were constipated, you feel unheard & uncared for. Stop scheduling multiple patients at a time & maybe you won’t make them wait over 2 months for an appt. hey I might be dead by then and your schedule may have an opening for someone else. Win win for you I guess.

Hmmm... interesting patient reviews. Not understanding the "highs & lows" comments. In searching for Medical Professionals, I check here first. My gut tends to believe the negative reviews...always...just "sayin"
