Biography
Frederick J. Kinder, Jr., MD, FACOG, practices OG-GYN at Women’s Health Clinic at Willis-Knighton South & the Center for Women’s Health. As part of the Willis-Knighton Physician Network, he specializes in minimally invasive surgeries and high-risk pregnancies. His obstetrics practice includes multiple pregnancies and vaginal birth after cesarean surgery. For all patients, Dr. Kinder uses his extensive medical training and experience to evaluate symptoms, determine a diagnosis and treat patients in a manner that works for them. Dr. Kinder graduated from Louisiana College in Pineville with degrees in psychology and biology. He went on to graduate from LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of Medicine, where he also did his internship and OB-GYN residency. Dr. Kinder is board certified (American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology) and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). Away from the clinic, he finds time for medical missions, sports and a good run. Dr. Kinder and his wife have four children.

One of the best doctors I've ever seen, and I've had a lot! He delivered my babies at 28 weeks. Everything went smoothly and they are perfectly healthy. He even took the time to visit them in the NICU.
