After 35 years of trusting this man, with colds as a child to mental health as an adult, never did I think I would have to write this review.
We had started me back on an antianxiety medication. I can only assume he doesn't read his charts or have lack of personal information documented by his reaction to me being "100% honest w/my doctor",which is highly suggested. He instantly lost his cool when I answered his question. As I continued to explain how much improvement my life had been and honestly excited to reveal this as I thought he was actually helping me find the perfect dose,he got louder and began speaking over me. I continued to speak and reminded him that I was speaking. He rolled his chair to the end of the bed, close to where I was sitting. I felt very intimidated and in shock. Very confused on how this escalated so quickly,I apologize. This calms him down. He starts to write the script and says.."I don't care if your dog eats it or your kid flushes them this is it!" Never in my life have I had to use such an excuse. I confronted him about what he was saying and he tore up the prescription. I put my purse on and reminded him that he didn't have to help me. He calmed down claiming he ripped it bc he messed up. Pretty aggressive mess up.
I will never sit in a doctor's office alone again.

Dr. N. Landry is patient and knowledgeable in his practice of medicine. He has been my doctor for over 20 years. He always seems to be have the ability to defuse my sometimes unfounded worries. I have always felt that when in the patient room, I could possibly have been the only patient he would see that day, whereas when my condition did not require it, I have been seen with the same attention but not the length of time. I have always left his office understanding the condition I presented and what my options were to deal with that condition. When the condition warranted a specialist, I was referred to equally capable physicians. His people skills are also very professional as well as comfortable. Being on a fixed income I have come to appreciate the meds he has prescribed were effective and within my ability to pay. His staff are efficient in scheduling and furnishing medical info to any referrals that may occur. I would recommend Dr. Nathan Landry to my friends and family.

Dr. Landry is the FIRST doctor we've ever had who takes the amount of time YOU need to address your issue. He is patient and kind and he listens and, maybe best of all, thoroughly explains your condition, options and medications. I just can't sing his praises enough. I've had to wait a bit in his waiting room in the past but once I realized the reason was that he was taking his time with individual patients, I was perfectly willing to wait it out. His prices average about half of my last two pediatricians.
