I saw Dr. Mesmer at Parkwest in the ER. He was very kind and addressed all of my concerns. He was very respectful to me and my family and gave me excellent medical care. If I ever have to visit the ER again, I hope to be treated by Dr Mesmer.

I've only seen this doctor once -- in the ER. But he impressed me with his calm and friendly demeanor, his desire to find the cause of your complaint, and his follow-through on tests. He was very easy to talk to and treated you like an intelligent human being, not someone beneath him. He took time to explain things.
