I asked if the dr took my insurance plan . Was told he did by the person who answered the phone. Was charged 45.00 for the visit. I called my insurance company, as something did not seem right. Was told he IS NOT IN MY PLAN! I immediately called the office to let them know…. The woman answering the phone again said he did! I just threw 45.00 down the drain. The front desk person should never be answering questions they don’t know the answer to!!!!!!! Do not recommend this office.

This dr should be ashamed. He didn’t even review my records and as I cried he focused on my history of depression. I was crying because I am in the bathroom all day 15 times a day and have no life. Didn’t seem to understand how my medical condition was worsening my mental state. Let him try being stuck peein all day and being unable to work see how depressed he would get. The recepectionisy also very nasty no empathy and he wrote me off. Don’t waste your time no empathy for my serious condition

Very disappointed with office staff. Donna was very rude. Rachel, Frankie and appointment scheduling never gave the courtesy to call back. Dr Traficante needs to get rid of all office staff., and start all all over. This is not a way to run a business or treat the customer. Dr Traficante is a good and caring doctor, doesn't deserve these type of employees.

On May 31st I had an appointment in the morning when I got to the appointment when I signed up at the window one of the staff members asked me for my insurance cards Medicare and my supplement after that she told me that my insurance was inactive that she checked it Friday I offered to talk to her insurance people she said they were not located in the same building I repeated to her that there was nothing wrong with the Medicare or the supplement was paid two months in advance and never late never I told her that I needed to use the restroom and she let me go back and the nurse said that's good that you're back here when you're done with it I want to put you in room too I followed her instructions then they came back and put me out in a waiting room cuz they didn't clear the payments yet doctoring is not doctrine anymore it's all about the money the next day I called the office told them I wanted to talk to the office manager I was very upset how I was drilled and told in front of all the people sitting behind me the my insurance was inactive I called the insurance company on the way home they told me it had to be an entry era on their part there was nothing wrong with my insurance it was paid up until August and we all know that social security Medicare takes theirs before they even send you your check the office manager was going to get back to me her name was Sherry I've been waiting since then and today is the 23rd of June for the record I was never given my PSA numbers I'm a cancer survivor this is year three they got their money they made me pay $150 dollars up front and that I did not meet my deductible because they told me that my insurance was not active . I CAN TELL YOU THIS IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

First visit with Dr. Traficante. First, I was impressed with Dr. Traficante's staff. A feeling they are glad to see you is evident from the minute you walk in. Next, and hard to believe, my appointment was for 9:30 and at exactly 9:30 I was admitted to the examination area. Everything was 1-2-3 with Dr. Traficante's very able assistant. Then without any time to get bored, I met Dr. Traficante. The examination was complete with Dr. Traficante explaining everything he was doing and why. In the last few minutes, the good doctor answered all my questions in detail. For a final tribute, Dr. Traficante called me in the evening to make sure I was OK and to answer any further questions. Not many doctors do that. I am vere pleased and impressed.

First office visit. And everyone from front office , to back was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable . Dr. was prompt, friendly, warm, allowed me time to answer his questions. And he listen with interest to my questions, and responded in a way that I understood. Later that evening
around 6:00 pm. l received a phone call from Dr. Traficante, he asked if l was pleased with the treatment l received at his office. For me , that's what a BOSS does when he care's about his business.
He really made me feel comfortable with my decision to choose his practice.

I had a procedure, during the procedure Dr Traficante states I have polyps, everything looks good. I proceed to checkout she advised 1 year follow up. I go home and google polyps as I don't know what they are. I was like hmmmm. I call the office and talk to Priscilla I ask how long for the results, she said for what I said well the Dr said I had polyps she said ohh you will get the results at your next appointment, I said that's not for a year she said hold on, came back on the phone and said someone will call me back today.......no phone call so I call the next day and speak to Priscilla again and tell her no one called me she says hold on...Stacey/Steph get on the phone...so I ask her how long for the biopsy results, she says the Dr didn't do a biopsy, I said ohhh she says that the polyps were benign ; I said oh how does he know? She said he can tell by looking at them...
Please explain why 10K-15K blood cells were in my urine
I have no ovaries or fallopian tubes, never had any UTI's, Inquiring minds want to know!!!!

Found the Dr. and staff to be friendly and compasionate. Even though he could have performed the required surgery, he referred me to a Dr. in Orlando that could do the procedure robotically. If I ever need urologist again in Daytona Beach I will certainly see him first. I love Dr. Rivera in Orlando, but the travel is awful.
